This is for all of my gluten free folk out there. Sweet potato, avocado toast. It’s not really toast because I don’t have a toaster. I just don’t really be eating toast like that or bread. But I found another way to do it without having to turn your oven on. You can actually quickly steam it and it’ll cook pretty quick before optionally giving it a sear on both sides. So all you have to do is season up the avocado while that’s cooking. And I love these little food hugger things.
Sometimes I’m just not in a mood for an entire avocado and they never seem to fit in any of my Tupperware. Now it’s really important to mix this up the best you can if you want to get the best flavor out of it. And feel free to use parsley or cilantro. Great snack, high in potassium, good amount of fiber. Part of this complete breakfast, no extra processed junk. So make sure to follow if you’re into clean eating and you want some more whole food recipes.
