An Exquisite Bowl of Heat: Savor the Bold Flavors of Our Gluten-Free Spicy Beef Ramen!

Last night I went out to dinner at this at this restaurant here the H kaido Ramen House in Victor and uh they had all these these Ramen dinners and we’re going to make one of those tonight we’re going to make the spicy beef Ramen now they had like some Ramen that was gluten-free but all of these were not gluten-free so this is going to be a.

Gluten-free uh spicy beef Ramen just like at from this hi kaido Ramen House uh we got some some delicious bone broth to put in there we’ll put in that pot and uh we have some I don’t know where I just put oh we got some of this uh shave steak so we’re going to be putting that on top when we.

Put it on there this is uh shaved ribeye so I got this at the supermarket it was already shaved but you could also use maybe some rare roast beef if you wanted to you could use that instead that’s fine and I got uh gluten-free ramen noodles so we are going to make this this delicious spicy beef Ramen we’re not.

Going to put the beef ribs in there uh but we’re going to use the shaved steak so that’s delicious the beef rib just got in the way and I don’t need to use bones cuz I use bone broth to begin with so let’s go ahead and get started in this it’s going to be even better than it was last night.

So I got uh some some sesame oil so I’m going to put some sesame oil in there and to make it spicy I got these uh Thai Chili Peppers if you can’t find Thai Chili Peppers this is a Sano pepper I’m going to use that one later um you could also use jalapenos you could dice them up real tight so I have here I have uh four cloves of.

Garlic and I got two of these um Thai Chili those little tiny tii Chili Peppers all all uh chopped up and that’s going to go in the pot so there’s all my garlic and then there’s my Thai Chili Peppers that’s going to add some spicy to it uh this this is uh my cilantro stems.

And uh the white parts of the green onions all chopped up that’s going to go in there I got some spicy chili crisp the original the best I’m going to put a spoonful of that in there oh I love this stuff this stuff is the best there you go one spoonful you could.

Always add more to the bowl once you’re done if you want to have more and then I got uh Five Spice Chinese five spice powder and I only have maybe a teaspoon in there left so I’m going to add all of that then that’s fine that’s enough and then I got some um Gourmet mushroom mix which.

Is uh the baby Bellas crii uh mushrooms shitake mushrooms and oyster blend I’m going to put that in there all right so that’s all in there and now I’m going to turn this on before I add my beef broth I’m going to go ahead and um stir this all up I’m going to sweat these mushrooms.

Down a little bit before I add the beef broth to it get the nice scent of the garlic up there it’s really good now now this this beef broth is just beef broth the ingredients is uh beef bone broth natural flavor yeast this is really good stuff but you see it’s got all that sediment that’s in there so.

This is really good it says good enough to drink really good and uh you can use any beef stock or beef broth doesn’t have to be bone broth uh this is Wegman’s so this one’s like five bucks and this one’s like uh 250 uh but this has in it um not just the beef stock but it also has red wine tomato paste sea salt uh carrot stock.

Celery Stock onion stock and onion powder and salt so the culinary stock has a lot more ingredients in there but I we’ll be putting all these ingredients in anyways and this one’s already open there’s about this much left so I got two jars of this um bone broth that’s going to go in there and then I’ll put this in here.

Too just just because I don’t want to go bed all right all right that looks good there we go there we go this is the Wegman’s culinary beef stock.

You could use any type of beef stock you want we’re adding flavor flavor to it anyways so it’s not it’s not a big deal and there’s my second jar got to make sure you shake it up because got lot of flavor in the bottom so you want to shake all that up make sure you get everything off the.

Bottom of this one Stir It Up real good all right so we got this in here I got my garlic I got my cilantro stems uh this is uh fish sauce stinky add a couple squirts of this one two three that’s good in there I got some uh hoiston.

Sauce just going to add maybe a tablespoon of this a drop it really doesn’t make it oh there you go there you go right there about a tablespoon right there I got uh lemongrass uh fresh lemongrass so I’m going to put a big old.

Squeeze of that in there and then I got some ginger fresh ginger so I’m going to put a big old squeeze of that in there there we go keep giving a stir uh the last thing I’m going to do is a couple squirts of this Liquid Aminos all right I really love stuff when you’re doing beef stock instead of soy sauce.

It’s an alternative to Soy Sauce but it’s gluten-free everything’s gluten- free so there you go just shake a bunch of this and this is so you don’t have to add salt to it cuz you got this stuff in here basically all we got to do is bring this to a boil and then we’ll put in a bowl with all our fresh ingredients and it’ll be.

Done so this is my this is my stock for my um ramen noodles Bowl this is the this is the liquid portion of it all this stuff that I put in here is so that when it Cooks up it it adds the flavor to the broth it gives it that delicious flavor um that’s why I put the mushrooms in here so the mushrooms when this boils all that three different types of.

Mushrooms all that flavor will be in there it’ll give it a nice nice uh texture give a nice flavor be nice and creamy so we’re just waiting for this to boil uh I could start my my glutenfree free gluten-free ramen noodles all right this comes in four packs um so I can do these one at a time I’ll start the water and you cook it just like just.

Like regular ramen noodles just boil it up for a few minutes 4 minutes so instead of 3 minutes 4 minutes you get this water boiling put it in for 4 minutes take it out put it in a bowl put your beef in it put all your toppings in there and then go ahead and uh make your bowl of ramen noodle soup.

To to eat and uh you see you want the beef nice and raw so it looks like looks just like that we’re not going to put an egg in it marinated egg that’s fine we could but I’m not going to all right I’ll when this is all boiling and this is all ready I’ll I’ll set the bowl up and I’ll show you what the bowl looks like and how you can put.

It together I got my noodles cooked this is nice and hot uh I forgot I’m going to add one cat bowl of lime juice to this this broth is very very very good so there you go there you go one C full of lime juice all right give it another stir I can go ahead and turn this.

Off I got my ramen noodles put some uh some of the shaved shaved ribeye steak you can see it comes apart really nice nice and thin you can put as much or as little as you want all right so I got my shaved raw beef on here.

Um I got some these are sweet peppers these are Sano hot peppers and these are shaved onions so I’ll go ahead put some onions on top put some spicy peppers and some sweet peppers in there all right there we go all right this is all the stuff that.

I want the the hot broth to cook so I want the broth to be nice and hot go ahead put this in here you can see it’s cooking the beef right now it’s cooking it up oh that’s good put that right on top going set this here I got a fork mix this up a little bit.

The bigger the bowl you have the better it is all right so now my toppings all right uh you could either add some uh some Sriracha if you want it to be spicier so I’m going to add a little Sriracha in there I’m going to add some some bean sprouts so I’ll put some bean sprouts over here.

I got some cilantro leaves so I’ll put some cilantro leaves right here I got some green onions so I put some green onions over here you could add as much or as little as you want and then my final thing uh this is Asian SLO from Wagman it has napa cabbage carrots and all shaved up so I can just put that right on top too.

The bigger the bowl the better all right so this is all on there and what you do is you just stir it all up so that everything gets in the liquid and there you go you got your spicy spicy beef Ramen look at this beef medium.

Rare oh that is so good delicious go ahead make yourself it’s good
