Indulge in Love: Irresistibly Delightful Gluten-Free Cookies to Sweeten Your Valentine’s Day!
hey guys it’s Kaye welcome back to gluten-free Runner do you want to show your gluten-free loved ones some love this Valentine’s season I have the perfect recipe for you these are my SP sparkly sweetheart blossoms it’s a peanut butter blossom but sparkly and sweet here are the ingredients that.
You’ll need feel free to pause here and take a screenshot so that you can follow along too the ingredients will also be in the the description below let’s get started so first you’re going to need red and pink sanding sugar for the Sparkle part this is the best part don’t be afraid to use a lot of this sanding sugar I think they’re also called sugar.
Crystals I used some red and some pink and then about a spoonful of regular white sugar too and I just mixed it all together in a bowl this is what we’re going to use to roll our cookies in at the end to make them nice and sparkly it wouldn’t be a sparkle sweetheart cookie without it next we’re going to start with our dry ingredients I’m using this.
Bob’s Redmill gluten-free 1 to1 baking flour I’ve found it is the best gluten-free 1 to1 flour out there it tastes the best and it has the best consistency but you can use any other gluten-free onetoone flour you like just make sure it has the proper amounts of zanthin gum then add your baking powder and baking soda and give it a good mix.
Then get another Bowl that’s slightly bigger and we’re going to do our wet ingredients start by putting both your sugars your white and brown sugar in a bowl and then to that same Bowl you’re going to add your peanut butter butter egg and give it a good mix I’m using a handheld mixer to mix it up but you can use a standing mixer or you can just.
Whisk it by hand whatever works best for you once the wet ingredients are all mixed together and it looks like this you’re going to take the dry ingredients and put in about a third of it and then beet it all together and then do the second.
Third beat that all together and then finally do the rest of the dry ingredients and beat that all together until it forms a nice dough once your dough is nicely together you’re going to get a cookie sheet and spray it with Pam or grease it with butter or whatever now I got my little.
Sister to help me out with this part cuz it’s the best part part and what’s Valentine’s day without some love so you’re going to roll your cookie dough into little balls about an inch or two in diameter look at me I think I sound like all good at math and then you’re going to roll it in the sugar Sparkles that we made the pink and red just.
Create such a beautiful Valentine’s Day touch it’s so lovely just put them on your pan like so about an inch apart and once they’re all on the pan you’re going to preheat your oven to 375° F and pop them in there for about 12 minutes now it could take longer or shorter depending on the color of your pan if you have a darker pan it could.
Take 8 to 10 minutes so just watch your cookies to make sure they don’t burn and look how beautiful they turned out I just love how sparkly and pink they are they’re perfect for Val Valentine’s Day now as soon as they come out of the oven you’re going to want to nice press Hershey Kisses into the center of.
Each one like so that way they can melt into the center and set perfectly and to dah you have the perfect glutenfree sparkly sweetheart peanut butter blossoms this is the best recipe the cookies turned out so chewy just look at that bite so chewy so dense and.
Delicious this is the best way to show your gluten-free friends and family you love them Happy Valentine’s Day
