Spice Up Your Fall Feast with a Cozy, Flavorful Twist!

M good morning everybody welcome back to Sunday I’m trying to get our dinner ready that way I can get myself ready for church so I have beans we have sausage deer sausage we have ground beef.

Onion a can of corn so far so now we’re going to do diced tomatoes we’re also going to put in this leftover corn cuz there’s just a little little bit left and I just want to use it up I also have this pumpkin I’m going to add some of this this has been in the fridge and I just want to use it.

Up all right now seasonings pepper salt garlic powder chili powder which I need more of this is all I have downstairs onion powder cumin.

Oregano and let’s see some cayenne pepper oh and this tomato sauce this was on the fridge I forgot about it so we’re currently heating up some of these leftover sausage pancake muffin things like the little McGriddle muffins that I made and I think I’m going to go ahead and cut up the pineapple so they can have pineapple with it for breakfast.

Before church so here is such a simple breakfast before church and we always go and they always have tons of food there plus I packed Lela snacks so the kids eat non-stop at church so they really don’t eat much before they go to church because they want save their appetites for church because they always have a huge Panera uh setup every single Sunday.

You guys have seen me bring it home but um so they’re just going to have these leftover muffins and some pineapple for now yeah working on our deck all right we’re going to get some laundry going before we leave so hello everybody we went to church we.

Are home we are changed we are outside it is 64° outside it is phenomenal after a very frigid week it’s 64° like what in the world it feels amazing outside so I just tasted our chili because I have the pumpkin in it and I don’t want to tell people that the pumpkin’s in it but I put a lot of pumpkin in it so you can kind of see so I just tasted it to see.

If you could taste it I don’t taste it so that’s great so what a good service we had um I love our church I love love love our church so anyway um what are my plans for today not much of anything I need to get some hard boiled eggs made and I think that’s about it I don’t even know I just know I want to make.

Some hard bowet eggs hey babe do you want hardboiled eggs or any egg salad for work this week yeah I’ll take some egg salad egg salad do you want any hardboiled eggs for snacks not really so yeah I’m going to get some eggs in the instant pot he wants egg salad um he’s outside working on our deck and the kids are outside playing because like I said.

It is just beautiful outside I have quite a few videos to edit um I need to switch laundry that we started before we left and not much else I want to go outside and the weather so I don’t plan on doing much maybe I’ll take my book outside my Kindle outside so I have read over the past two days two books I started the.

Third one already this morning it’s a series it was called Court of Winter series if you like the court of thorns and Roses or whatever that series called check this one out Court of Winter I think it’s better um I stopped Midway through the third book of the court of thorns and Roses I have never in my my life been like this.

Fantasy Reader book fantasy book reader uh but I have read that other series I can’t remember it was and then the court of thorns and roses and now this court of winter this Court of Winter one I think has been my favorite so far so definitely worth checking out okay so we just got eggs in here and let me tell you look we have windows open we have to.

Open the top cuz if not the cat will get in and climb up between the glass and the screen and she’ll claw our screen and climb all the way up at that one you know the Troublemaker she’s not really trouble but she’s hilarious she’s definitely like 1,000% cat she’s like one of those cats that’s like you see the videos on cats that’s her she does.

All of it she’s the crazy one um so we just have to watch our windows so I have our front door screen down we’ve got this one down I’m going to open like I don’t know some of these back ones but it is so nice okay so I haven’t done much since we got home besides sit down and edit videos so I did make lless OTE that she asked for and I think she took.

Maybe two bites maybe three uh but I’m going to go ahead and get his egg salad done and then we’re going to make cornbread and get that in the oven it’s only 310 but I’m not doing anything else right now so I might as well do something productive and do the cornbread and his egg salad so the rest of the eggs I’m only going to make four.

Eggs for his egg salad um and then the rest of them I’m just going to put in the fridge for some hardboiled eggs for snacks of the week um and then if he wants more egg salad I’ll be able to make it but I don’t he’s not going to want to eat on egg salad like forever so I think four eggs is going to be okay so we’ll just do salt and.

Pepper oops relish mustard and mayonnaise and there is his egg salad all right y’all we’re going to make up some cornbread some gluten-free cornbread this is just from all recipes it is called Golden sweet cornbread it’s.

Delicious we’re going to do one cup of allpurpose flour and you preheat your oven to 400 but I’m going to let mine sit for a little bit before I bake it so one cup of flour one cup of yellow cornmeal 2/3 a cup of sugar 3 and 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder.

One teaspoon of salt whisk one cup of milk 1/3 a cup of vegetable oil and one egg and then you bake this on 400 for 20 to 25 minutes like I said I’m going to let it sit when you bake gluten-free things.

Sometimes it’s nice to let the batter sit for a little bit because it turns out less gritty just depends on what you’re making but I have plenty of time so I’m just going to let it sit for about 20 minutes and then I’m going to bake it so our cornbread’s done so the.

Cornbread’s done the chili’s done so we are good I am set I can relax until dinner because it’s only 4:30 dinner is served all right it’s time to read our Advent book if you missed I shared this book this is the cutest Advent book ever we love it we read it every single year so I’m waiting on everybody to finish.

Brushing teeth and things to come snuggle up to come snuggle up and get in bed in our bed we always read it well we always read our bedtime book in our bed just everybody gets in the bed and we snuggle up and we read it before everyone disperses to beds but um we’re going to go ahead and read this when everybody gets in here and that’s going.

To do it for us today thank you guys for watching and we’ll see you tomorrow bye let me talk to them and try to go party and ver
