The principles of good health can be encapsulated in eight essential laws that emphasize a holistic approach to well-being. These laws, often referred to as “God’s 8 Laws for Good Health,” include the importance of pure air, sunlight, temperance, rest, exercise, proper diet, water, and trust. Each of these elements plays a crucial role in maintaining physical and mental health, contributing to an overall lifestyle that promotes longevity and vitality.

Pure air is fundamental as it aids in respiratory health and enhances overall body function. Sunlight is vital for the production of vitamin D, which is essential for bone health and immune system support. Temperance, or moderation, encourages individuals to avoid excesses that could lead to health issues. Adequate rest is necessary for recovery and mental clarity, while regular exercise is crucial for cardiovascular health and weight management. A proper diet, rich in nutrients, supports bodily functions, and staying hydrated with water is indispensable for all physiological processes. Lastly, fostering trust, whether in oneself or in relationships, contributes significantly to emotional health and resilience.

Indulge in a Dairy-Free Delight: Creamy Plant-Based Queso That’s Good for You and the Planet!

hello all I’m back with another plant-based recipe that I hope you will love it’s a Cheesy queso made with more than just your typical cashew nuts to make it more economical and to bump up the nutritional value we’ve added some secret ingredients this queso is great on Pizza I have information about this.

Pizza at the end of the video so stay tuned it’s great drizzled over some fresh broccoli you can serve it cold as a side to dip your chips into or hot yum well are you ready for the recipe okay let’s go what you will need are potatoes carrots red bell pepper onion and garlic check out my purple carrot isn’t she pretty no that one carrot is not going.

To turn the cheese purple I promise next we have a cup of raw unsalted cashews which you can pre-soak in advance and we have a cup of sesame seeds lemons cayenne pepper for kick salt and smoked paprika for those who can’t do nuts I made a batch with just sesame seeds and sunflower seeds to replace the cashews the other day and it came out really.

Good I like the neutral flavor of the cashews but to be honest either will work I’m making a huge batch here so I can freeze some later here’s a helpful tip whenever making this queso make sure you have more potatoes than carrots to ensure that silky smooth texture also if you don’t have sesame seeds that’s fine just use a little more cashews to get.

That creamy and fatty consistency I’ve seen other recipes like this online but I haven’t seen any one that use lemon I like the lemon because it adds a slight acidity that increases more of that cheesy Flavor now what I like to do is cut the potatoes and carrots into smaller pieces and add it to the pot with some water.

And boil it until soft then I take the onion and red pepper and put that in the oven on low broil until it’s charred sorry I don’t have a clip of that for your convenience you can put all of the ingredients inside a pot instead of splitting them up but I like that charred on the on the peppers once the potatoes and carrots are almost.

Soft I throw the garlic in at the end after everything is cooked we’ll throw the potatoes carrots and garlic into the blender along with some of the water it was boiled in not too much because we don’t want it too watery but not too little because we don’t want it too thick other than over stuffing my blender I was having a lot of trouble.

Here now I love vitam mixes but I have found that the picture that has a more slender base is way better you know that sound a car makes when you’re pressing on the gas and it’s not going anywhere yeah that’s what’s happening here with my mixer all noise and no power I don’t know what I’m doing wrong anyway I’m going to now add the charred red pepper.

And onion but once again I’m having some troubles you see I am working that tamper stick to no avail look if it’s user error I am not ashamed to admit it anyway I threw in the cashews but after a couple attempts at blending I decided to bring out my trusty Neutra bullet this thing has never failed me except being too small but that’s okay okay I’m.

Just going to have to finish my recipe in batches now I’m going to add in the smoked paprika cayenne pepper salt lemon juice and sesame seeds and blend it until nice and smooth Health tip most people like to add hot peppers or chilies to their quo but these hot peppers are very damaging to the delicate mucous membrane of our stomach.

Lining for a kick I use cayenne pepper because it does not harm the digestive organs it also works as a blood stimulator that will bring more blood to the stomach for better digestion hint hint if you know anyone who may be having a stroke give them some cayenne pepper and some water and it’ll open their blood vessels and get that blood.

Moving fast now back to the recipe as you see here I’m dumping all my batches into one big bowl so I can stir and taste and see if it needs more seasoning or lemon juice look at that creaminess that’s what we’re going for there yum it looks like queso huh if you like it a little more chunkier you can add some minced onions some chopped up bell.

Peppers or Tomatoes at this point now for storage I refrigerate this for up to 3 days I’m sure it can last a little longer but that’s just my preference you can also place them in mason jars and freeze them for months when you’re ready to use it just defrost reblend if needed and use on a plate of delicious nachos or plant-based Pizza I will be making a.
