Indulge Guilt-Free: Savory Slices for Your Keto Cravings!

I’m going to walk you guys through how to make a high protein pizza so here’s all the ingredients you’re going to need ground chicken eggs light cheese i couldn’t find fat-ree but this works anyway um and then I got some mushrooms i like mushrooms on my pizza and then sliced turkey pepperoni this is the way better option it’s got way less.

Fat in it than the normal stuff um but depending on your rules obviously you can use regular pepperoni as well and then seasonings i get some Italian spice and some seasoned salt so first you’re going to want to take your ground chicken you’re going to open up the bag and put it into a mixing bowl this is 650 g right.

Here and you’re going to take two whole eggs and crack them in and then give it a good mix up then you want to season with your Italian spice and your salt i already put the salt in and give it another mix then you’re going to take your pan and some parchment.

Paper take a quick spray you’re going to take your mixture you’re going to pour it on you’re going to spread this evenly across the whole sheet you can season again if you want i’m going to put a little bit more Italian spice and then you’re going to bake this at.

350 until the crust is cooked itself so it usually takes about 15 to 20 minutes just so that it can set and it’ll be hard enough that it can be a crust then you’re going to want to weigh out your cheese so I’m going to go for about 4 oz per pizza so we’re right about there then once your crust is just about.

Done you’re going to want to take some paper towel and drain all the excess fat off the top and once you’re at this stage you’re going to want to take your Regu or whichever sauce you decided to use um for this one I’m going to use about a third of a jar spread it over all evenly.

Make sure it’s all spread all over so you don’t get some spots that are no sauce perfect then you’re going to want to take your turkey pepperoni that I had shown earlier and you’re going to want to just lay it out evenly find it easier to just do like 4 by8 it’s 24.

Slices or 4x six sorry i find it’s easier to just do 4x six that way you get 24 slices uh a serving of this is 22 but then I just account for the extra two i add an extra few grams and then your cheese and you’re going to want to shred it all over i put a little bit of.

Cheese and then the mushrooms break them up good and just spread them all over and then we can take it and put it back in the oven now where the crust is already cooked this only needs to stand in for a little bit um just so everything can melt together and it’s going to be.

Awesome like just look at that so then what you’re going to do is you’re going to cut it up into four equal slices and put it in some containers and you can freeze it and that is how you do four days worth of pizza that’s good for your diet in less than an hour or you can do what I do and I’ve actually been.

Doing two of them while I do this and now I’ve got some cottage cheese chips stack your meal prep it goes a lot easier and it takes a lot less time
