Deliciously Crispy and Flavor-Packed Potato Delights
Loaded Circle Fries are a delicious and easy gluten-free recipe that anyone can enjoy. To prepare this tasty dish, you’ll need three potatoes, olive oil, half a block of cheddar cheese, a bag of bacon bits, and a sprinkle of chives or fresh green onions. Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F and washing the potatoes. Slice them into approximately 1/4-inch thick circles, brush them with olive oil, and bake for about 10 minutes. After flipping the potatoes, cover the other side with olive oil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
While the potatoes are baking, gather your cheese, bacon bits, and chives. Grate the cheese and set it aside. Once the potatoes are ready, remove them from the oven and sprinkle the grated cheese, bacon bits, and chives on top. Return the loaded fries to the oven until the cheese is melted. Serve them hot, and consider adding ranch dressing for dipping. This recipe is perfect for a delightful side dish or a fun appetizer, making it a great addition to any meal.
