Welcome to another edition of gluten- free Adventures my name is Stephanie and I have non- Celiac gluten sensitivity which means I can’t have gluten but I am personally okay with cross-contamination and today I’m in Las Vegas at the Cosmopolitan Hotel to have egg egg has breakfast sandwiches that have gluten-free buns.
And hash BRS that are also gluten-free so I can’t wait to try it so let’s check it out okay so I got the bacon egg and cheese and it got I got avocado which is $2 extra and the gluten-free bun which is a do extra and um it smells really.
Good um the other one is the Fairfax added with bacon and avocado and no cheese but with the glutenfree butt so that’s what the other one is picture of but let’s taste mine the bun is warm toasted it’s buttery oh it’s buttery that is a breakfast.
Sandwich I would say for this it’s something that you don’t realize that you don’t get to have it’s like something that like everybody else gets and it’s no big deal but in to have one on gluten-free bread and not just have it be like the a with the bacon and just sitting there where lettuce wrapped or whatever to have it.
On the bun is fantastic I would say the bread is probably a little drier than their bios bun which is what it normally comes on but it’s like crispy on the outside because it’s toasted and the center of the bread is definitely it’s definitely you know it’s got more air holes because it’s gluten-free right it doesn’t the GL no gluten takes away.
That ability for it to be so soft but the taste is really good I love The Buttery taste of it and just everything together it’s just it’s exactly what you want in a breakfast sandwich that I just ordered in like a regular place and it didn’t have to be this whole big deal did they you know it just it it felt I just sat on a gluten pre.
Fun and it it was like easy as that and they were like okay no problem so there is risk of cross-contamination here but since that doesn’t affect me I’m I’m good with it so um this is just eating purely gluten-free I’m I’m thrilled this is I’m going to give it a 9.5 out of 10 so I really like it um.
Yeah it’s good I also got the hash browns which are gluten truffle hash Brands they’re $6 they are these little they look like um chicken nuggets um it comes with six of them so I guess it’s a dollar each M those are really good they’re.
Really crispy and the you can taste the Truffle and it’s like crispy on the outside and it’s like soft on the inside which is exactly what you want with like hash brown um and they’re bite size um you know six for $6 is a little much but you know every once in a while this is It’s a good treat these are really good these are a 10 out of 10 for.
