Well hey YouTube so today guys we’re back here with another review and this is a special one this one came all the way from Manhattan Island Boys this is the insomnia gluten-free vegan chocolate chip cookie for review for you guys so I’m a big fan of Insomnia Cookie you know I don’t live near any insomnia the closest one to me is Manhattan pretty.
Much and it’s not that close for me it really is a drinky to get out there and usually the cookies don’t make it by the time I get home cuz I’m cuz I’m going to eat them right I’m going to eat them pretty quickly but I decided to hold on to one cookie for you guys so we can do a kind of a comprehensive review on Insomnia Cookie and this offering they.
Have here so I originally had four of them I already ate three of them because they’re too good but we still have one left to do kind of a comprehensive review and and tear downam and all that stuff with the cookie guys so this cookie cost about 285 to 2.95 per cookie I spent spent about $12.85 for four cookies so it’s definitely not cheap by.
Any means and but what’s funny is they have classic cookies there then they have Deluxe and Deluxe is like $4.95 or something compared to 2.95 for the classic it’s kind of funny the prices can get pretty expensive for Insomnia Cookies As you move up and up and up right and what’s also funny about insomia cookie is the parent company.
Doesn’t even make as much revenue as they do right the parent company is crispy K cream but insomnia which is a subsidiary of crispy K cream makes more in Revenue than uh crispy K cream does on its own so just just very interesting how that all worked out guys you know crispy K cream formerly a bankrupt company has come back to life now with.
Certain smart Investments like um Insomnia Cookie guys and really if you don’t know what Insomnia Cookie is it’s a place where you can get a nice and warm and delicious cookie any time any day of the week guys basically they’re open till like 3:00 or 4 a.m. that’s why it’s called ins Salia cookie usually found in high Deb High population.
Density areas like college campuses downtowns of major cities etc etc mostly in the United States I think there’s a couple International locations but it’s predominantly in the United States and the core major cities on the Eastern seab board and Western Seaboard as well and guys they really have a crazy selection of cookies here they have.
Things such as the vegan red velvet cookie they have the double chocolate mint cookie oatmeal raisin & cookie they have peanut butter chip cookie sugar cookie Macadamia cookie they have cakes they have ice cream they have cookie witches right which is like a chip witch essentially this is the modern day version of Mrs Fields which.
Unfortunately did go bankrupt about 10 years ago so if you don’t see that any Mrs Fields anymore um that’s kind of why guys you know and they do have free delivery with many promotions and right now there’s there’s an insomnia week code you can get free uh Insomnia Cookies and stuff like that if you do that promotion so they really do like.
Promotions and kind of being hit with the times and stuff like that and and stuff like that guys so you know obviously I can tell you now the vegan gluten-free chocolate chip is is great it’s a Great Cookie I won’t lie to you it’s amazing I love getting it I’ve gotten it for about a year or two now since I found out about this place I was.
Was in New Jersey I was in New Brunswick New Jersey they had one right there in Ruckers and I tried it and since then I’ve been getting it in the city all the time guys so you know like I said before I have one left let’s let me show you the cookie here you know you know sometimes what’s really funny guys when you buy four cookies that’s like the.
Border sometimes they’re going to give you this they’ll come in a bag and sometimes they will give you a box there’s no wh or Reason whoever is the Barista of a cookie that day if they like you maybe they’ll give you a box if you don’t like you they’ll give you a bag it’s really is no like signs to they really should give you a box when it.
Comes to four cookies you know that’s just my opinion guys but let me show you what a chocolate vegan gluten-free cookie is I mean look at this cookie guys you know this looks like legitimate cookie right you cannot tell this is a vegan cookie right it looks like a nice healthy cookie guys I’m just posing for the thumbnail by the way cuz once I eat.
This thing I won’t be able to make a thumbnail so yeah so this is the cookie guys it looks fantastic you know and let’s do a taste test I mean I know what I’m getting here this has been sitting in my pocket for about 2 hours now cuz I had to take the train home from Manhattan but I know it’s going to taste good guys but you know let’s give you.
That live taste test you know let’s see exactly how good this particular cookie is here so here we go this cookie guys is really good it’s not too greasy you know it’s not you you don’t feel like you’re going to have a heart attack for or diabetes from eating this right it has it has sugar has nice rice flour or oat flour.
Or something like that but it has that perfect balance guys and what’s crazy is you know this is impersonating a milk chocolate cookie but it’s dairyfree usually when they do that they kind of go with a dark chocolate method but this tastes like a real milk chocolate cookie it doesn’t taste like dark chocolate which is hard to find with vegan because.
Vegan typically they’ll just give you a super something that’s super dark chocolate and call it a day because technically dark chocolate doesn’t need Dairy because the milk is the dairy part in it right some people don’t like that bitter taste I personally don’t mind so it’s just interesting how that stuff really works out there but this this.
Cookie is fantastic it’s the best cookie you can find for gluten-free dairyfree for people who are not big into that stuff it’s still amazing they’re classic chocolate chunk with gluten with dairy all that stuff that stuff is still available my parents parents who don’t have the allergy issues I do they purchased chocolate chunk cookies today.
This is the one from Penn Station by the way the brand new uh Insomnia Cookies so if you do somebody who goes through Penn Station New York a lot FYI the Shia is now open and a couple other great stores are open there too guys but overall you know this cookie is fantastic this is a 10 out of 10 this the best algae free cookie you can find anywhere seriously I.
