Fluffy Flapjacks: A Foolproof Guide to Gluten-Free Pancakes

hey guys so I’m going to make some gluten-free pancakes um I just put some oats in here and some almond milk you got to watch it the max line on these little ones is like way down here and I also did SP lenda a little vanilla creamer some flax seeds and baking powder I already threw away the baking.

Soda so I got baking powder and I’m going to eat it all up before and love and bread um let’s see what else is in here I’m going to let the flax seeds absorb some of the liquid to thicken this up kind of like a flax egg and then I will show you what it looks like when I get on the pan I’m really just experimenting.

Here and I’m hoping it thickens up more than this cuz this it’s like super watery so I’ll show you in a little bit okay guys so here I’m doing my broccoli sprouts and I just put that much and some water here’s the kind of lid that works the best um so you can just drain it so the first night you just put it in water and leave it overnight you don’t.

Do anything and the next day you drain it and then you put it in this little thing over here I’ll show you this thing put it that one didn’t didn’t work too well at all this one does sorry it’s so loud this one works well.

And jeez anyways you put it on there this part and it’ll drain it sideways never thing here I’m also doing chia pudding U it’s just almond milk with a tablespoon of Chia seeds and that’ll be overnight um also put splend in it overnight they’ll expand and everything and in the morning it’ll be chia pudding chia seed pudding and I can um put some.

Walnuts and blueberries and things like that with it um here is my gluten-free pancake mix it did thicken up quite a bit and I’m going to cook some in the pan with this grass-fed butter it’s my favorite and then I will heat up like a tablespoon of this in the microwave for just like 5 to 10 seconds and that’ll be oh I may also put peanut butter I I put.

Peanut butter on my pancakes too so that will be my little snacky dessert and I’ll show you that in a little bit okay so this is the pan I used earlier for some quesadillas um it’s fine I need to clean my stove though um here is some of that grass-fed butter what I do when I get it.

Home is I cut it into little tabs while it’s still kind of um like not super cold and then I just kind of keep it on this little Fork while I do whatever I’m doing it kind of smeared around in the pan it’s just water droplets and there’s a there’s a bear yeah he wants a treat mama needs to vacuum in here we need to get the the.

Robot vacuum in here huh what you doing do you want a treat yeah he does swise I’m going to make these pancakes and I’ll show you what they look like when they’re done okay so I added some walnuts to this second batch um and he got his little he got his little treat yeah he’s so happy so this is one.

Of them and when it gets bubbles in the middle I will flip it and um I had to use two 1/4 of a cup scoops of Oats to make it thicken up even more so I’ll show you after this when they’re finished okay so there’s the first one and apparently it got way too hot because I put a lot of but in there but I guess it just started getting too hot.

So it burned the outside of this one but I’ll just cut it off but you know I got to remember my own advice always adjust this to whatever temperature you need to so that it will not burn things you have control of your oven and that’s the rest of that one that will just be one more pancake and I’ll show you that hopefully it’ll look better than that one okay so.

Here’s my two and then I gave my honey the big one and I’ve got peanut butter and that maple syrup and that will be my little dessert tonight okay so my honey’s going to eat it he’s going to try one that’s a delicious pancake good job
