Fluffy and Flavorful Coconut Flour Buns: A Gluten-Free and Vegan Delight!

Hello and welcome today we’re going to be making these really simple three ingredient bread buns they are made with coconut flour celium husk and this egg replacer they are completely vegan and glutenfree if you are looking for a bread alternative but you don’t know what to use this is a great replacement and it’s super easy to.

Make we’re going to start out with this egg replacer this is made with potato starch and tapioca flour and depending on how many bread buns you want to make you can like double this recipe the recipe that I’m making is going to make two bread buns so two tablespoon of this egg repl.

and I also make this recipe in one bowl so it’s really easy to clean up afterwards basically one part of the egg replacer two parts water so I’m going to add 4 tablespoons of water oops okay and then we’re just going to whisp this together and this is going to.

Going to be like our go for the bread okay so we’re going to let this sit for about a minute for a coconut flour depending on how fine your coconut flour is that will determine how much you need and I’m going to use 2/3 of a cup so I’m just going to scoop thir of a cup of coconut flour and now we’re going to add some psyllium.

Husk this is basically the main binder in the bread so we don’t want to be too shy with it I’m going to add 1 tablespoon once the egg replacer has gotten a little bit thicker we can add in the dry ingredients and now we’re just going to kind of fold this together we’re obviously lacking a.

Little bit of liquid here I’m going to add some water so I’m going to add 13 cup of water and this is going to help us mix it all together you’ll notice when you are cooking with coconut flour the dough consistency is not going to be the same as a regular flour an egg dough so just keep.

That in mind but it’s definitely still going to work so just trust the process and if you need a little bit more water like I can tell that this is still a little bit Sandy so I’m just going to add a little bit more okay so it should look something like this it’s not completely like.

Together so what we’re going to do is use our hands and we’re just going to kind of form the bread you can see when you like pack it together it does stick together but it’s just not like a part a regular dough this is a coconut flour dough so it’s going to be a little bit different but it definitely still is the same idea.

So you can kind of make a ball if you’re making two bread buns you can split it or if you just want one large one shape it into whatever your heart desires I’m just getting this really Compact and then I’m going to split it into and and then in terms of making a bread bun I’m going to make the center a little bit more raised and the sides a.

Little bit pushed down and this will help it like cook really well too so anywhere I see like any Crocs I’m just kind of swiping over them so that they can glue together okay so there’s one bun you may think that because it’s crumbling you need more water but I would recommend just really working with it working with the warmth of your hands.

To close those little cracks um because adding more water isn’t necessarily going to make the dough stick together any better it’s just kind of the nature of coconut flour okay so in my little um loaf pan here I’m going to add some avocado oil to the bottom.

And then I’m going to put the Buns on top like this and then I have the oven preheated to 385 de and I’m going to cook them for about 10 to 15 minutes okay they’re looking beautiful I’m going to give them a flip it’s nice and crispy okay they’re out of the.

Oven and they’re looking perfect yay okay so to eat them I usually cut the bun into 2/3 so there’s the top layer middle and then you can toast this piece also perfect for sandwiches hamburgers literally whatever you want to do with it I’m going to add some.

pesto avocado Perfection all righty so that is how you make these super easy coconut flour bread buns you can use them literally for anything but it’s super easy I hope you liked it have a wonderful day
