Budget-Friendly Taco Tuesday: Delicious and Gluten-Free Tacos on a Dime

oh today I’m making some beef tacos actually I’m going to make it into a taco salad but it’s just a very easy and inexpensive lunch pretty quick and you can make it and have it on for a few days for at least one person we’ll be.

Using Pioneer glutenfree taco seasoning mix cuz we are a gluten-free family and I am gluten-free and here are the ingredients um you will need the tur the turkey or the beef and water just to make this taste good you can also make tortilla soup out of it um let’s get started I had these Old El Paso taco shells already in the.

Pantry they are gluten-free so I’m just using them I didn’t go out and buy any of this and I already had it in the pantry and now I’m just going to clean up a little bit and show you how I’ve already setting up my dishes for next time and I put put things ready those are the ones that are draining I already showed you in there um I’ll do all that.

As I’m cooking I’ll set it up now let’s check on the beef taco shells and now I’m opening the packet and you’ll see you just put it in and mix it with water.

After mixing really well it says to let it simmer for about 5 minutes so I let went ahead and set the timer kitchen timer for 5 minutes and began while I was doing that I decided to try to warm my tortilla I mean my taco shells so I got a few out cuz it was just going to be I didn’t know who if it was just me and my son or.

Whatever so so got about half of the shelves out and put them in an oven and let them heat up for I think it was 325° but we’ll see in a minute put the shells in the the oven for about 6 minutes I think it said 6 to 10.

Minutes but I did it like 6 and then I looked over to see what was on the TV and it’s a YouTube channel that we like to watch called the carpet bagger and he is visiting I think it was somewhere in Florida that was doing a Marty gr celebration on the beach or was I can’t remember remember where he.

Was located but look at all those donkeys going down the beach anyway so I’m going to stir these this meat up and make sure it’s good and turn the temperature down underneath it and go and clean up while turn the temperature I don’t show me doing it but I did and then I look on the back to make sure I have all the.

Other stuff that I might need if if there’s anything else and I I do and so we’re going to walk around and go see if there’s any other trash I can pick up there’s a little something right there so I’m going to take that to the trash and well turn it all the way down now cuz it’s been good enough cooked and now let’s go see what my.

Pantry looks like when I put these chips away well that’s it’s actually popcorn so you can see what a typical or I don’t even know if it’s typical but here’s an American Pantry we have our washing machine and dryer in there as well and water heater is in there but that’s where we all keep all of our food too and as you see it’s like I have a.

Small grocery store I can just probably survive for a while on all the the items we have in here very blessed and great for all this all right let’s go back and look for oh more something to put in the recycle bin we do recycle we put all our items in there and then take them out to the big one on the.

Outside so back over to the stove and I’m putting the timer on for a little bit more for the the taco shells in the oven I like to use taco shells and crunch them up into little pieces to make a taco salad when I make my tacos tacos.

Would be okay too but I make taco salad you why you yell yell she’s trying to get my attention and I’m not talking to her she’s looking.

Right at me well she was now she heard you IED to get it right trying to find some balance in my life I never really put up a fight and now I’m losing sleep what if I lost touch what if I’ll never get it right I triy to follow my heart but I lost it.

Somehow wish that someone could say it’ll all be okay just listen to if you want the light cuz those ups and those Downs what makes it worth slow it down if you want the cuz those subs and those Downs is what makes it worth.

I never left the stone turned sh
