Hello everyone um my name is pure and today um I will be teaching you how to bake chocolate chip cookies first I will tell you guys the ingredients um so first ingredient is uh one cup of gluten-free flour half a cup of coconut oil um a couple drops of vanilla one egg chocolate chips maple syrup don’t.
Forget to grab your bowl or parchment paper your measuring cups and your beautiful tray first of all you’re going to need your bowl now we’re going to add the flour so um if it’s a little hard to like make it exactly like one cup you can just like grab a spoon and like just add little.
Bits of flour into your cup to make sure it’s perfectly full so now I have about uh one cup of flour and we’re going to pour it in so grab your pan and try to measure about like a/4 cup of coconut oil in.
There oh my gosh I finally opened it um make sure that if you um melt something that is um under adult supervision just um to be careful so now that it’s melted um you pour it into the measuring cup and after that add a couple drops of.
This like two or three after that add a half a cup of mle syrup and now you can start mixing I use a fork to mix because I don’t have anything else and now you can add your be careful in case there are any eggshells so you have to mix for quite a while because if not it will be a little.
Too liquidy you have to let like the flour um gather inside and for like everything to mix once it looks a little bit like this like the it’s not very liquidy it’s like it’s a little bit like cookie dough um it means it’s ready for this next part you’ll need your tray.
And your parchment paper if you want your parchment paper to perfectly stick just add like a little bit of water and just a little bit and like put the parchment paper on top and it’ll stick to the tray and here we go so for the chocolate chips I often put them on the side because sometimes I.
Like to make like little uh faces or like little animals or paw prints um so I put them on the side so that it won’t mix with the cookie dough so I can make like little designs with the chocolate chips but um you can also just like put them in the cookie dough um it’s up to you so sometimes I like to make like um little paw prints so like with chocolate.
Chips and then so this is how to make a um a a kitty cookie so first you make a little ball um if you want sometimes I like to take a piece and um stuff the inside with chocolate chips place like a little hole and put some.
Chocolate chips in there and then cover it back up with some cookie dough with some extra cookie dough I make some ears afterwards I take um a couple of chocolate chips I put some inside the ears like this and then I put some as.
Eyes this and then I put some in the corner to make whiskers and then um by the way be careful because um you could hurt yourself so um do it under adult supervision but I cut a little piece of chocolate chip like this and I place it as the.
Nose like this so make sure that once you um once you’re almost done with your cookies um to preheat your oven at 375 to um make sure that the oven is preheated before the cookies arrive am finally finished here are the cookies oh and um I will place them in the oven.
For about um 12 minutes and then they will be ready um but make sure to like look at them from time to time and just to see if um maybe your cookies take a little bit longer so uh the cookies are ready and here is they here is how they look they’re a little bit cracked but overall they look.
