Gluten-Free Goodies Galore: A Wallet-Friendly Pantry Replenish

Welcome back my friends to another grocery shopping day for anybody new hello my name is Meg I am lactose intolerant I am gluten intolerant and I eat on a low fod map diet now if you missed last week’s grocery shopping trip it was the week to refill my empty refrigerator this week on the other hand is the week to refill my depleted Pantry.

I ran out of so many like Pantry Staples this week so that was the bulk of the shopping so let’s jump into what I got for my husband and I this week this week my grocery shopping trip took me to fries to Sprouts and to windco so let’s jump in first off at what I got at fries they had uh the 18 oz of blueberries on sale with coupon with the digital coupon.

For $1.99 so I grabbed one of those and then the cuties were on on sale for like $297 or something like that it was less than $3 for 3 lb um so that’s a pretty good deal and then I went a little crazy with the red bags the person that was pulling the fruit was walking around with the cart and I was just like walking behind them pulling these out as.

They were walking but they had like citrus Galore so I got some limes some lemons some grapefruit and there were a few blood oranges and with those grapefruits then 22 gallons of lactose free milk they were completely out of 2% so this week they’re both fat free and then lastly I think that’s the.

Last thing yeah that’s the last thing that I got at fries is the uh organic red widen vinegar then we will move on to what I got at windco windco is like my go-to spot for bulk Goods they’re just overall the cheapest that I have found um Mike needed more Saltines I grabbed those for him this right here is Bob’s Red Mill brown rice flour this is.

Tapioca flour this is cornmeal and the amazing thing about wico is this is brown rice pasta single ingredient brown rice pasta which is amazing they have a couple of different kinds there it’s is this more expensive than the cheap gluten-free pasta yeah a little bit but those have combinations of flowers in them usually this single ingredient and.

As a person with uh you know like intolerances the fewer ingredients the better then a couple of pounds of um bulkman jasmine rice of white jasmine rice and lastly what I got at Sprouts now I do not shop at Sprouts very often it is a lot more expensive iive because it’s a specialty Market but also because of that they carry a lot more.

Gluten-free dairyfree vegan options than most other stores this is actually the reason why I went this zp beef base with bone broth look at this ingredient list this is beautiful I’ve been having a lot of problems finding a beef broth base that I can have this one looks like it might be a good match I’m keeping my fingers.

Crossed this right here this is like a huge Splurge um I had an idea for or I found a recipe and I wanted to modify it so I can have it and it requires hot dogs and these if you guys can see that are full beef glutenfree milkf free and sugar free which is should be okay for me I have a lot of problems with uh processed Meats just in.

General so I’m really hopeful that these ones will be okay for me very expensive though almost $10 for them and then finally they were having their wild Saka salmon filets on sale for 9.99 a pound I got the smallest one they had 4704 and that is what I got at the grocery store this week I mean this is an amazing amount of things to restock.

My pantry to add a little bit more citrus in my life a little bit more antioxidants I’m happy with this there were a few really good deals that I got this week but I know you’re asking yourself what did you spend on those Ms so let’s get into the numbers at fries I spent $730 at Sprouts.

$23.52 and at windco $17.71 bringing the total for this week to $58.53 bringing my grand total so far for this month to $ 17961 that’s not too bad especially since I did get a few specialty items this week so I’m pretty proud of uh of.

Budgeting things out so I could afford things like that so I hope that you guys enjoyed this week’s grocery shopping haul if you did give the video a like and don’t forget to subscribe so that you don’t miss out on any further of my grocery shopping videos and I will see you all back here next week for my next grocery shopping day bye guys.
