Hey guys it’s trippy Bri I’m here with my friend Jenna Le hi and today we’re going to do something fun we’re going to have a taste test of gluten-free versus cakes with gluten and we’re going to try to guess based on Flavor alone which ones we think have gluten and which ones we think don’t I’m going to crush this you think you’re going to crush this.
Yeah I prefer gluten-free so my strategy is just whichever one I like better you’ve got your gluten radar home I have a gluten radar not because I don’t have a gluten like intolerance I just prefer the the consistency it actually is like richer to me and more dense so I love that I always eat gluten so I’m new so I’m actually a little more nervous I.
Don’t know if I’m going to get this okay watch me get all of it wrong we’re going to start with the Funfetti cake each of us are going to take a bite and give our guess do you know where you got these um I believe the gluten-free bakery there is one in La called Coco love I don’t know where the gluten ones.
Came from and I tried not to do any research cuz I wanted it I wanted to go into it with a clear head can I just guess by looking at this I mean I think we can I think this one is gluten free because it’s uh looking like it’s missing gluten yeah it doesn’t have the uh body one with gluten let’s see if we’re.

Popping what’s your final guess gluten gluten-free gluten gluten-free we have the same guess are we correct yes wo two now if I’m going to be honest with you this third one very suspicious the only one I’m not this is the only one I am genuinely unsure about in the other two the gluten-free option looked visibly worse.
This one I suspect this one’s gluten-free if I’m going to go the same route why is it sweating it’s sweating why is it the it’s nervous it’s nervous because we’re going to pick it apart I think this one’s gluten-free but I would like to be wrong because it would be so cool if the gluten-free option for once was the.

People have autoimmune diseases like celiac disease or psoriasis their body can’t process gluten and then some people in America especially with like GMOs and stuff yeah the gluten content in American wheat is so high that people get sick from it even if they don’t have a gluten sensitivity which is why like in Europe people will eat big bowls of.
Pasta made with European wheat and gluten and then they’ll feel fine and go on walks later I do want to just go Europe just to eat and eat but I don’t have a gluten intolerance so would I feel better in Europe anyway I think you would anyway honestly when I went to Europe and I had their pasta I swear to God I could just go on an hourong walk.
After but in America you eat pasta and you just like sit there and it just like absorbs for hours all right final thoughts glutenfree gluten I think this one has gluten this one’s gluten-free okay God what if I’m wrong who wins the game point Who’s right Jenna herb the prettier one is.
