Hi everyone and welcome back to my channel gabab betic and welcome to today’s baking video if you watch my little baking Vlog you’ll see that I entered two things into the competition I entered a strawberry cheesecake and a clearfree car cake and this is the strawberry cheesecake recipe it’s actually a Becky XL recipe from the book.

Bake anything glutenfree this is how it’s going to look when it’s ready it’s a no baked cheesecake it’s completely gluten-free and very easy to make and perfect for summer so I hope you enjoy if you do please give a big thumbs up comment down below and subscribe if you’re new to the channel.

So first step everyone is that we’re going to make that amazing biscuit base so for that I’ve gotten two packets of but andfree digestives these ones are actually really good I got these in little for anyone wondering bash these up into like very small kind of chrome fine like consistency want to make sure it is like a chrome and not like dust.

And this is a really fun part cuz you get to bash them up so just want to show you how the biscuit looks as well I think it do it say sweet biscuit on it but it’s actually so small my hands are small anyway so this is Tiny so this is how it looks and you can see that you can still see like little bits so it’s definitely not a dust the next thing we.

Need to do is get our butter and melt in here so let’s start melting our butter can I just show you can I just show you guys this is what I have behind me literally the whole time just keeping an eye outside uh ignore the plant pots cuz we’re planting and also looking for chrs of biscuit aren’t you Lana are you enjoying it there you can sit anywhere.

In the house but you want to sit right there we got our melted butter and all ingredients and quantities will be in the description down below so I add that into the Bowl here I’m going to give it a mix very well okay that’s mixed in really well so here is my cheesecake tin make sure it is really secure in place cuz when I did.

A practice run it was not secure and it all fell apart so here we go I’m just going to spoon my mixture into here and make it all really Compact and have a nice cheesecake base Tada Tada that is the base so like the recipe says you only need to chill it for 1 to 2 hours I’m going to put it in for probably the rest of today it’s.

Very early in the morning cuz I don’t have the ingredients to make the filling yet so it’s probably going to be in the fridge for about 5 to 6 hours before I do the next part but I think that’s just makes it even better so pop this in the fridge and then we’ll work on the filling next is the cheesecake filling so the most important part is obviously.

Strawberries I just went out and bought these so I’m going to cut up 200 g of strawberries for the filling strawberries are all chopped up and ready so let’s move on now to our next ingredient so we’re going to start on the filling so I’ve got my masconi cheese over here I’ve got my mixing bowl for my electric whisk so what I’m going.

To do is I’m going to add in all the Mason cheese and like I said the quantities will be in the description down below and some more ingredients that you’re going to see now next what we’re actually going to do is we’re going to put this here and with my Sie I’m going to Sie in 100 G of icing sugar and a little bit.

Of vanilla extract and what we’re going to do is going to put this on the stand mixer and get it mixing and we’re going to add in our cream after that so 30 seconds this is how it’s looking now we’re going to add in all of our cream so I left my cream in with my mixer 2 minutes and it turned out really well so we want this kind of like consistency.

Like this don’t over mix it you want it to be like a spoonable consistency not horable one so that looks really good then you can just add in your strawberries you can do this by hand or you can use the mixer to be honest I think I’ll just do it by hand so out of of the fridge I’ve gotten my base so it’s looking really well it’s completely.

Set cuz it’s been there for hours now so that’s really good and let me show you the filling so over here mixed in strawberries you can see you want to get strawberries in every single part so make sure you really mix it together and now we’re just going to put it on top of here and I’ll show you that when it’s ready and the end result taada so this.

Is our base our filling obviously we have to do our sauce and the top until it’s a real cheesecake and take off this but this is the start of the cheesecake so this is going to go in the fridge overnight and then we’re going to finish off tomorrow and it needs to set again so that’s why it almost takes kind of like a day and a half really if you want.

To leave it for a while and have it really well set so I’ll be back tomorrow to show you the sauce and the toppings 24 hours later strawberries are cut up and I’m going to add in 60 G of castor sugar and two tablespoons so there we go now we’re going to put this on a very low meat and we’re going to simmer it for about 10.

Minutes so 10 minutes later here are my strawberries really really soft and all of the sugar has dissolved so what you’re going to do is you’re going to get a bowl with a Sie and you’re want to get all of the liquid is what we’re hoping to capture so we’re just going to sip it into here and capture all of that liquid and it’s the liquid that you want.

Cuz what we’re actually going to do is pour that liquid back into the saucepan so liquid goes back into the saucepan you’re going to do is you’re going to add in 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of corn flour and then you’re going to mix it together on here over a heat like a low heat get it to dissolve and mix all together and take it up ta so this is how it’s.

Looking after now we’re going to let it cool a bit but not too long cuz I don’t want it to stick in the pan so while that’s cooling we’re going to get out our cake and we’re going going to half our strawberries which are going to be our top of the cake so as as you can see my cake is.

Nearly ready that’s how I’ve put my strawberries you can do whatever pattern you want and now I’m going to pour my sauce on top now I have no idea if this was just going to spread and be one it looks like it is like that’s what happened on my practice one but anyway I’m going to get.

It into the fridge to cool cuz I don’t want it to melt anything but here it is so that is so yeah once you have that on leave it in the fridge to cool let it set a bit maybe an hour or two and then you will have your summer strawberry cheesecake the following day okay so it’s the next day this is the stand and the doily that I’m going to use cuz.

Obviously I’m putting this in a baking show so we’ve left our cheesecake overnight now let’s get it out of the fridge and open the like side of the tin and see how it looks show you the final result here is the finished cheesecake result this is so hard to hold but the bases I’m going to show you inside more but this looks so good just want to show.

You in this light and I just wanted to show you cuz I couldn’t hold the stand it’s so heavy inside how perfect the side is and all the layers remember it’s gluten-free so held together really well so that is my gluten-free strawberry cheesecake hope you enjoyed the video if you do please give it a big thumbs up comment down below and subscribe if.
