Indulgent and Delicious: A Decadent Twist on a Classic Gluten-Free Treat

Hey guys happy Friday I decided to make a pound cake a sour cream pound cake and so the recipe called for two sticks of butter and three cups of sugar so I’ve just put the butter in there with the sugar and trying to get it kind of mixed up the butter is W to stick to the side of the hand I’m trying to just get some of.

It loose so it can mix up a little better so let’s try that a little bit so it says to beat it for 7 minutes try CL for 6 minutes and then we got to add six eggs um six eggs and gradually add them.

One egg at a time let that mix up good I’ve got all the ingredients measured out it cost for six eggs 3 cups of sugar 3 cups of allpurpose flour and I’m substituting for gluten-free flour two sticks of margarine soften I’m using two sticks of butter soften 1 18 o of sour cream a 4 teaspoon of baking soda and 1 teaspoon.

Of vanilla and it says beet margarine butter 2 minutes gradually add sugar beat 7 minutes so that’s what I’m doing right now and then we’re going to add eggs one at a time stop that scrape the edges again this is going to be.

Good I’ve never made this recipe before so I’m not really sure how it’ll turn out but taste testure will be back later today and he can test it taste it Mr Tony Ferguson so oh back sugar in the um butter looks nice and.

Fluffy let see much what time we got about four minutes left all right I think that is enough on the the butter I don’t think it may have me 7 minutes with the eggs I’m not really sure I’ve never made this before but we’re going to move along we’re going to add six eggs we’re going to then mix it.

Up let it mix up after each one how about that all right all right let’s scrape it down one egg two eggs and I kind of let my eggs get at room temp TR all right let’s mix that one.

Up this ought to be good I’m not sure it’s good for you but what is okay all right that’s two eggs egg number three I don’t know I always wash my hands after handle eggs just cuz I don’t.

Want to get any kind of bacteria all right we got three three down three to go egg number four it looks like it’s going to rain here it’s been kind of Cloudy most of the afternoon kind of.

A indoor kind of all right I’m going to scrape this down a little bit it’s looking nice and yellow and fluffy all right egg number five gosh I hope this is good it’ be good watching the basketball game tonight pound.

Cake yummy okay we got one more egg and then we start with the flour and the baking soda all right we got our last EG egg number six I had a lot of eggs so I was trying to think of something I can use.

Them with all right that’s that now it says mix the flour and the I added three cups of flour and then it said a half a te half A4 of a teaspoon baking soda so I’ve already mixed that into the flour I’ve got here all right so I’m going to show you guys.

Um I don’t know if I can do that well how about that these nice and I don’t know if you can see it or not anyway I don’t know that you could see it but it’s nice and yellow from all the the eggs and that’s just eggs and butter and sugar all right so now we’re going to.

Mix the flour and the baking soda and so it says mix add flour timately with sour cream so I’m going add some flour Spoonful let’s do one more mix that up and then I’m going to add some sour cream right.

Now stop and let’s Right add some more flour more out let me mix this up first let me mix it up first all right let’s see if we can get some of the flour off of the side of the all right now let’s add some more sour.

Cream all right let’s mix that up okay add we got too much more flour let’s add some flour it says end with flour so let’s not sure why that’s the case why you got end with flour but there must be a.

Reason ever sides go up the sides all right all right now I’m going to put the remaining sour cream.

A little bit you can out make sure you get all the ingredients all right so let’s mix that up then we’re going to end with flour I’m just going to put the rest of it in here.

Let get some of this flour mixed in so that it don’t go flying everywhere when the me beers hit it I don’t I’m a messy cook I got stuff all over my mixer come out of the pan there we.

Go all right now last thing we add is one teaspoon of vanilla here so it over all right all right we’re going to mix that up all right I’m going lift this up.

Just a little bit so I can kind of scrape the bottom of the bowl and the sides real good okay while that’s mixing up I’m going to spray my um poundcake pan.

all right get my oven preheating now I want to scrape what I got on the batter on the on batter I got on the the beaters and then I’m going to for.

Glutenfree they say you need to let the B the batter rest for like 30 minutes so I’m going to let it rest and then once I get it poured into the pan I will do another little video so you can see it in the pan all right I’ll be back momentarily thanks bye
