How’s it going everyone what story Irish Baker of Brad Chris over here in Denmark and today I thought we’d attack some glutenfree bread all right for the gluten-free head that’s the story all righty um I did this yeasted Loaf the other day but I want to get this tin this high TIN right so I’m going to do that in a few days I’m just waiting for.
This tin and then uh we’ll give that a crack all right but uh for now I’m going to do some sod bread right this is a test might fail we’ll see I’m going to do my own uh gluten-free blend uh I used this on the yeasted love the other day and it worked perfectly had a lovely flavor but um let’s see let’s have it go okay we now to drill enough chcha enough.
W let’s get straight down to business here we go Chris’s Irish glutenfree soda bread okay I’m going to start off here I’ve got some book weed make sure all of this stuff is gluten-free it’s label glutenfree here we go I’ll State the amounts in uh in the description description of the post I’ve got some chickpea flour here as well or ground.
Flour gra flour there you go potato starch gluten-free oats here we go okay and I’ve got some pelium husk okay this is going to be our binder it’s going to it’s going to create a bit of texture it’s not going to be as crumbly okay so we’re going to add that in so I’m going to use two Heap teaspoons of.
There I used more of this than the yeasted loaf but we’ll have a look at that later okay that to the S teaspoon of salt and I’ve got 1 teaspoon of baking powder and I’ve got 1 teaspoon of baking soda bicarbonate of soda and here I’ve got a teaspoon of brown.
Sugar got a whisk just make sure all of this is combined nicely we also just want to arade it a bit okay I’ll just stick this to the side got a bowl here I’ve got one egg we go just beat that I’ve got our buttermilk here I.
Don’t know exactly how much I’m going to use but um I’m going to start off here with 450 ml a part of bit in here mix it with the egg and I’m going to hold a bit back okay cuz I don’t know how much this is going to absorb but uh we’ll see got our spoon bety to mix sorry that was 300 MERS I put in of.
Buttermilk go go here I’ve got a 1 and 1/2 lb 10 going to get a drop of olive oil press that down now with our spoon feel gluten-free alss again put on top be intered now to see how this panzo SC you get your scraper here just do a few.
Little lines into here going to stick that into the oven now now at 200° C and I’m going to bake it for about 45 minutes to about 50 minutes okay guys see you 45 minutes all right B good boy right see you going use this go look daddy this is quy right look.
Give it a top a to right tell me now it’s done oh so uh we’re going to turn this upside down that will allow it to bake true fully uh nothing will sink to the bottom we don’t any gum here in the bottom we want the texture to be nice and even throughout the bread isn’t that right Benjamin yes good boy all right we let.
