Quick and Delicious: Whip Up These Gluten-Free Dinners in a Flash!

Good morning I am currently trying to pack to go away for the weekend um not going to lie didn’t think I was going to get a vlog out today but here we are somehow I’ve managed it so welcome back to my channel if you’re new here my name is Sarah and I Vlog all about life with celiac disease on a gluten-free diet my mission is to show you that gluten-free.

Can be delicious it can be full of taste and you don’t have to miss out on any delicious foods I have got not one not two not three but four four brand new gluten-free dinner recipes to share with you today now you guys are always telling me how you want simple quick and easy meals that are full of flavor and I think I have brought just that to the.

Table today now I have come up with four different recipes we’ve got two pasta recipes because let’s not demonize carbs and let’s not demonize double pasta in one week because pasta is King I’ve got a brand new noodle recipe with the best ramen noodles little secret I posted about it this week earlier on my and they’ve already sold on Amazon so I’ve.

Added some extra links in the comments to some other gluten-free ramen noodle brands which I think are just as good as these ones but they’re all really great and it just shows that shopping on places like Amazon as well as the free from aisle is sometimes really helpful to find the products that you can’t always Source I’ve also got one of my.

Favorite recipes in my book delicious gluten-free meals my little book baby so the recipe from my book that I’m sharing is a rice one pan dish and it’s one of those recipes that we have pretty much a variation of every single week and I put it in the book and I thought this is going to be one of those ones which I absolutely love and make all the time.

But it’s not going to be the kind of captivating one like a sweet and sour pork or big pizza that people will be like Co I need that in my life but actually so many of you have messaged me and told me that you made it which makes me so happy cuz it’s such a simple dish all of these are really easy to make they use basic ingredients that you can.

Get hold of easily they’re super cheap and cheerful and they’re already in under 30 minutes which is great if you’re like me and you just never seem to have any time anyway speaking of time I better get on and get packing so I really hope you enjoy these dinner recipes I will link all the details down below so hopefully they’ll all be on my.

Blog by the time this goes out if they’re not I’ll update the caption as and when they go live if you like videos like this please hit subscribe I share a vlog every week about my gluten-free life and I love hearing from you guys so let me know if there’s anything you’re struggling with on a glean free diet or anything that you want me to Vlog about.

And I will try and film a video about that next I’m off to go pack enjoy the dinners let me know if you make any of these the first recipe I want to share with you is my gluten-free steak Ramen now I have become borderline obsessed with this recipe it’s so easy to make and look at those noodles they remind me a lot of like normal noodles um they’re.

Still rice noodles but they are super good and I will link them in the description down below along with the rest recipe now to start off with I’m cooking a serin steak I like my medium for this so I just give it a minute on each side and then I’m going to let it rest and then it’s time to make the broth so I got Ginger I’ve got garlic.

And I’m just adding in a little variation of veggies I think I us your T mushrooms bok choy carrots all sorts of stuff that I could find and some gluten-free soy sauce just to give it a nice bit of flavor once this is stir fried it only takes a minute or two I then chopped up the steak I’ve also been boiling an egg at this point as well I.

Mean it’s all go for the recipe but it comes together so fast so these are the ramen noodles that I found on Amazon and they are really really good I will pop some other options in the description below because I know that those sold out when I first posted this on my blog hopefully they’ll come back in stock soon this is my Ramen broth and once the.

Noodles are cooked I’m going to add them into that now you could cook the noodles in this but I just find that sometimes they go a bit starchy so I just give them a little bit of a rinse and then I’m going to pour them into my broth but I like to make mine look fancy so I’m going to Ladle in the broth first and I was trying to make this look.

Photogenic normally I would just shove it all in the bowl in one go so I split that between the two and then I am excuse me using my hands pouring my noodles in afterwards and like I said you can sort of mix it together but I just wanted these slip pretty for a picture and once I’ve done that I laided over the last of the broth and then I’m.

Laying on my steak which is sliced up ready and my soft boo eggs a little bit of spring onion on top and that’s how simple it is to make this cfree Ramen it is so good and I will putp the recipe link for that in the description because it’s definitely worth you trying my next new recipe was brand new on the blog and it is my gluten-free fajita pasta now.

This is another one of his dishes I make all the time and I just never thought to actually put it on the blog but here we are I finally remember to do this now me and Steve like volume when it comes to our meals so I like to bulk this out with a ton of fetch I’m using three peppers and red onion and then we got some chicken as well for protein I’m.

Cooking my pasta and I’m using using the rumo gluten-free pasta which is really really good it’s a bit more expensive but I recommend it because the texture is so good going to cook off the chicken I’m doing all this while the pasta is cooking so obviously the whole thing is ready in about 10 to 15 minutes frying off the vegetables I like to whack the.

Heat up a little bit so they go a little bit sort of charred around the edges a bit like you would get with a fajita now as you can see we’ve got all the pans on again but this just comes together so fast the pasta is cooking away and now I’m adding in a packet of fajita seed seasoning not all fajita mixes are gluten-free but this was an Old El Paso.

One that is and if you want to make your own fajita mix I have got a recipe for that on my blog it is in the description and I will make sure everything’s linked for you so I’m adding in some cream cheese some tomato puree and just give that a really good stir I’ve added some stock I think as well in this and that is bubbling away nicely and once it’s.

Ready and it start to thicken up a bit the pasta is cooked pour that in Stir It Up and that is my GL free for heater pasta now if you’re veggie you could make this without the chicken because it’s got loads of peppers and stuff in but feel free to add any extra vegie you like you could even try frying off some halumi and adding that in I think that’.

Be really tasty and then to finish off I like to have some nice melted cheese on top so I pop the grape cheese on and then I just put the lid back on for a couple minutes so that it melts nicely and that is it my fajita pasta ready to serve up obviously you have to have a cheeky try and I was very pleased with that.

Now this recipe is from my book this is my one pan Cod and toito rice it is so tasty it Cooks in one pan so there’s less washing up and it’s ready in under 30 minutes and again this is another recipe I probably make pretty much every week in some variation or another this is how not to drain chickpeas now after that little fa part.

I decided to crack on with trying not to make any more mess in the kitchen because what you cannot see is all the car behind me so I’m frying off the red peppers which come from a jar so you don’t have to worry about having fresh stuff in stock red onion and then o bit too much oregano and some smok paprika and then once that’s all fried off with.

The chickpeas once that’s all fried off I’m adding the rice and chickpeas and then I’m going to pour over some glutenfree vegetable stock I use the nor stock cubes because they’re glutenfree pour that in give it a stir and pop the lid on and then you can just go off and do your own thing for 10 minutes come back and you will find that that rice is.

Almost cooked now the final part of this recipe is to add the Cod so you can use chicken if you’d rather but I would cook that first or you can use another type of fish but I just really like cod it’s nice and light and it really really goes well with charito so I’m cutting that into four equal size pieces and then when that rice is ready I’m just going.

To kind of nestle the pieces of cod into the rice now we just want this to cook enough that it’s cooked through you don’t ever want to overcook fish that’s never fun pop the lid back on for a few more minutes and then you get this delicious flaky cod with the fiery toito the sweet red peppers oh it is just so good and I love making this recipe I.

Also love the leftovers cold for lunch now my final meal that I’m making is my chicken and chizo pasta because yes I like to have pasta twice in one week and I’m not even afraid to admit that and again I had some of these ingredients ready to use up so it seemed a waste notot to use them saving on money and just so quick and easy to make.

Now I’m frying off the chizo pieces this is from a double pack so obviously I used the first pack with the rice meal and the second lot with this and I had some chicken breast left over so I’m using that in this recipe it was basically just a really good way to use up odds and ends from the fridge so once they’re fried it added some garlic and.

Some tomatoes and then while the pasta is cooking before you drain it make sure you laid off some of the water because you’re going to need that to make the gorgeous glossy sauce now once everything’s cooked drain off your pasta I’m going to add in the cream cheese and the pasta water to the sauce and and you can see it forms this lovely creamy.

Sauce Chuck in that cooked pasta give it a good stir and that’s pretty much it that is how you make this it is again a super simple quick and easy recipe ready in like 10 to 15 minutes I finished mine office on grated Parmesan now don’t forget all the recipe links are in the caption below I really hope you enjoyed this video Hit subscribe for more.
