Delightful Bites: A Wholesome Twist on a Classic Comfort Soup!

Hey guys welcome to the anti- information kitchen I hope everyone had a good Christmas and a good New Year as well you know over Christmas uh the family and I went to an Asian restaurant uh for lunch and you know when I was looking at the items on the menu I kept second guessing myself uh if everything there was gluten free and.

Dayree I don’t know whether anyone else out there has the same issue but I just I I get scared that I might get a tummy upset the next day so I didn’t eat anything there but today I will be making this and enjoying this since I will know the ingredients going into this so today I am making a gluten-free and dairyfree wanton.

Soup and here are the ingredients okay so the ingredients for this are first are one pack of rice paper uh you can just using a few sheets of this rice paper you can get this from any International store any Asian store out there got a pound of ground tury a green onion this is going to be equal to A4 cup of green.

Onion grated Ginger I’m going to clean this and Grate this Liquid Aminos I’m going to use one tbspoon of liquid aminos 1/4 teaspoon of salt I’m going to use avocado oil and 2 teaspoons of avocado oil and then I got this from Costco which is chicken bone broth I’m going to be using 2 and 1/2 cups of chicken.

Broth and 1 and 1/2 cups of water with this as well and I’m using 1 teaspoon of sesame oil okay so let’s go ahead and put this together and let’s make this won soup okay I went the head and I’ve chopped the ginger and the green onions if you need help with chopping the ginger you can refer to my ginger juice.

Recipe I have a quick tip over there of how to clean the ginger and to chop this as well U and so I’m going to go ahead and add the ginger and the green onions to the Bowl this is one lound of turkey then I’m going to use about 1/4 teaspoon of salt okay qu a teaspoon of salt 1 tbsp of liquid.

Amanos and a teaspoon of sesame oil I’m going to go ahead and give this a quick mix okay then I’m going to go ahead and break this into some into this size pieces half of a pap tablespoon and roll them up like.

This and I’ll keep it on the on this plate over here and I’m going to keep this in the fridge ahead and made these balls over here so you can see how small they are because you want it to fit in the wrapper so I went ahead and I made these balls I’m going to go ahead and put this in the fridge for about an hour so it.

Forms up and it doesn’t break okay so it’s been about an hour and I got the meatballs out of the fridge go ahead and put some hot water in the pot and just about enough for it to to boil this hot let me go ahead and drop the meatballs in.

okay it’s been about 7 minutes that it’s been in there and they’ve come to the surface and look at them they’re looking so good going to go ahead and keep them to dry and I’ll put the the rest of the other meatballs in there for another 7 minutes okay while the meatballs are getting dry I’m going to go ahead and.

Prepare the rice wrapper so I’m just going to cut C this into half okay so the meatballs are looking dry I got I went ahead and I got my uh rice cut into half my rice paper cut into half I’m going to go ahead this is u i put some water in here so I’m just going to put this in real quick to make.

This wet about 30 seconds it should be should be fine so turn it the other way around looking for a right soft consistency drain this to the side close over here to the end and wrap it and wrap.

It and it and wrap it wrap it okay so I got my wanton uh wraps ready and I this is the rest of the liquid which we use to make the meatballs and I’m going to go ahead and add about 2 and 1/2 cups of bone.

Broth okay so I tasted the broth I’m going to go ahead and add some more onions to this and I’m going to go ahead and also add some ginger some more ginger juice to this as well smelling good it’s smelling so good M I need some salt and some.

Pepper okay the soup is looking good and I got my w tons over here so I’m going to pour some of the soup in the bowl this is the perfect water and soup right here going to wait for it to cool down a bit and then I’m going to try this okay now it’s time to taste this the BR bro smelling very.

Good M oh wow so much of flavor in here the dumpling wow so tasty the meat in there this is done so well too now I don’t feel like I’m missing out on anything too this is really good guys you have to try this thank you for watching guys hope hope you enjoyed watching this.
