Deliciously Restriction-Free: A Gluten-Free & Dairy-Free Shopping Adventure!
Hey guys it’s Nicole at the chore Channel and sister you g to be grumpy for them um we are at Sprouts the grocery store is called Sprouts Farmers Market I don’t know if you’ve ever heard of it or not but um it’s not in like my area that I go to it’s like 30 minutes away all through traffic so I don’t ever really.
Come here it’s been a long time probably a couple years um but it specializes in like natural natural products and organic products and it’s like a more budget friendly version of like Whole Foods in my opinion um but our family is well the kids and I are going to go gluten-free and dairy free starting next week and uh we have some health stuff.
That we’re trying to work out and that’s I think part of the equation so uh we’re going to come here to look for like some Specialty Products uh that I can’t find at wico and Costco and like find some stuff for the kids to try out cuz it’s going to be tricky replacing Dairy for her and replacing bread for my son so um let’s.
Go inside I do have a list of things spe some specific things that I’m looking for but also we’re just going to kind of look around and see we’re not going to go too crazy cuz I don’t want to buy a whole bunch of products that the kids will not eat um but we’re going to pick out stuff to try out so let’s go inside and um if I like.

This one pineapple and ginger that’s cool look you like Shake everything settles at the bottom shake it like this one you want that one too I I just want to show them you like shake it up and it turns blue anyways it’s been a long time since we’ve had kombucha so we’ll get a fun one to.
Share okay I have actually had these before I found them at Grocery Outlet randomly a while back and I know these are good um I’m assuming it’s also glutenfree doesn’t say so modified food starch I’m GNA look it up real quick.
Okay Google says they it’s not certified glutenfree cuz they don’t test for it so I’m going to say no for no we don’t want anything questionable we’re just going to stick with what we know okay we are huge pretzel people they have the glutenfree ones are they dairy free don’t see any dairy in.
It see if they have a bigger bag but we’ll grab this one for now yeah so these are $12.99 and this is my son’s like alltime favorite it’s a creamy root beer and it’s actually hard to find Walmart carries it but not many other places do wait how about all the heavy stuff goes down here all the like light stuff in the stuff we.
Actually need good idea up here how cute are these Honey Nut honey nut squash I wonder what they taste like they look like butternut squashes but they’re like miniature we’re not really a big squash people sweet young coconut coveres with like a straw you know what you guys had you tried coconut water in in Hawaii a.
Couple years ago and you did not like it you thought it was gross I know you don’t remember it but I remember it I got like all the fun things that I don’t need we don’t even have a coconut we don’t need a coconut look at this this is also cute cherya I’ve never seen this before in my.
Life I kind of want to get one to try okay so we get one to try I have no idea what it is or what it tastes like M get of they have these here which I love this but I don’t think my kids would eat it just for reference if anybody’s never tried this and you see it it’s good penny of course she found treats um the only thing I was going to.
Look for is they have food dye in them let’s look and see if they have other candies without food Dy trying to avoid that as well Mom well hang it back up with those so let’s say no to those okay we’re having a look show them your owie on your hand we got a stinger um these are 2 for seven it’s like microwave popcorn on the cob how fun is.
This and it’s gluten-free and it’s just a your popcorn there’s nothing else in it we’re going to get one to try that would be fun we found candies in the bulk section we got no we didn’t get these we got the vegan Emoji gummies and these and the allnatural gummy bears so we got a little bit of each to.
Try Penny’s happy I read a review on their pineapple salsa we’re not huge salsa people but we love pineapple salce pineapple stuff it’s for us to try I was going to see if they had a mango salsa juice that I can drink hold on okay this is the milk that I’m going to have the kids try out we’ll see how.
Much success we have with it mom look at look at this we’s see it’s $3.99 okay I read really good reviews about the Sprouts brand of their yogurt alternative so we’re going to try this for my daughter cuz she loves this one is vanilla I’ll just get the plain unsweetened to.
Try this is the other milk that I saw good things about I might get both I might get both for them to try last stop is toothpaste they have a unicorn SP Sparkle bubblegum flavor or watermelon which do you want obviously the Unicorn Sparkle brother will be so excited and then actually I I’m okay I.
