Whisking Up Freshness: A Zesty Gluten-Free Coleslaw Dressing Delight!

Hey everybody Welcome Back Tony no guts no gluten and uh today we’re going to be making some glutenfree cool slot dressing which 99% of the time it’s going to be gluten-free anyway cuz there’s just three ingredients helmond apple cider vinegar and sugar but I am a.

Diabetic so I’m going to use the Splenda blend so not as much sugar in it and uh basically you know maretti and all the other um cool slot dressings out there can be kind of expensive so I’m just going to show you real quick how to make um cool slot dressing and like I said three ingredients and of course the seasoning you know the salt pepper.

Whatever um but you don’t want to do that until you’re ready to serve it so all right let’s get started all right so we’re going to start off with a cup of helmond and then depending on how much coal saw you want to make you can adjust this recipe you know you could start off.

With a half a cup of helmond and see where that goes but I just bought a bag of K saww mix at Sam’s and you know I’m going to dressing some of this um for the video and then leave the dressing in refrigerator for when I want more I’m just going to get it out and add it to the the cool.

SLA and after that you want to go with apple cider vinegar and the vinegar is um at your discretion also if you like a little bit more vinegary add more less add less but we’re going to add it mix everything up and then give it a taste and then.

We’ll add more but for right now I’m going to go with two tablespoons and just get that mixed up a little bit try to keep it all in the bowl and the reason why you know I want to make up more dressing is cuz it the longer it sits the better it.

Tastes all right so you a little taste and then you want to add start off with maybe a tablespoon of the let blend to blend so right off the bat I think I’m going to have to add more vinegar.

So let’s go ahead and put three total in there then again your taste and then one tablespoon of the splend to blend then you can let this sit a couple minutes and then taste it to get.

Everything I’ll blend it up pepper is okay to add now you don’t want to add the salt right now cuz the salt will start welting the Cabbage so let me use this to get the sides then.

We’ll go ahead and give that a little taste so I’m still getting a lot of mayonnaise taste so I think this Splenda taste is good there so I’m going to start with another half so total three and 1 half.

That’s a little bit more than all right okay I think that’s good so one cup of mayonnaise 3 and 1/2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and one tablespoon of Splenda brown or splenda Splenda blend sugar not brown.

Sugar all right so this is about what I’m going to add so just want to start off with a little bit because you can always add more and then just give everything a nice little coating and then if you added too much.

And you have more cabbage or mixture you know if you’re making this from cabbage you know from a head of cabbage and carrots excuse me if you add too much dressing you can add more and the apple cider vinegar also is going.

To start to um Weep the Cabbage so all right we can let this sit a little bit I’m the type of person who likes the Cabbage a little or the coal SLA a little bit um I don’t want to say welted but you know let me add just a little bit.

More I like it dressed a little bit more and I like to eat it after it sits I don’t like to eat it right away all right so we’ll put this in a container and we’ll let this sit in refrigerator for about a half hour and when we come back we’ll give her a try and we’ll go from.

There all right it’s been about a half an hour and let me bring you down here let me get this reset all right it’s been a half hour so looks all nice and mixed up and creamy so we’re just going to.

Add a little bit of pepper a little bit of salt then this is something you can mix up an hour or two ahead of time I wouldn’t go any longer than that so all right now for the taste test there you go cheers mhm mhm.

Nice and creamy on the back note you get a little bit of vinegar and I think the Splenda blend works really well here but you can use sugar also um but do everything you can to reduce your calories and sugar so there you have it I mean pretty.

Simple so next time you’re feeling like you want klaa and you can’t find a more zetes or another brand you can uh go ahead and whip this up yourself really nothing to it like I said three ingredients besides the salt and.

Pepper and uh 10 minutes to make the dressing and you know you’re you’re off and running to the picnic or pool side or just make a quick dinner side for dinner I mean that wouldn’t be much of a dinner all right well thanks for watching that was just a.

Quick um klaw dressing and you know easy peasy so until next time thanks for watching don’t forget to like And subscribe I always appreciate comments from all my subscribers and uh if there’s something you want to see you want me to try just let me know in the comments and uh we’ll.
