M oh my gosh totally ridiculous look at these ooey gooey gluten-free chocolate chip cookies if you’re looking for that recipe go no further cuz here it is I have chocolate all over my face oh my gosh hey there I’m Christine of ATI Fisher today I’m going to show you how I make delicious and ooey gooey gluten-free chocolate chip cookies here.

Are the ingredients for my gluten-free chocolate chip cookies glutenfree flour dark chocolate chips vegan butter eggs organic sugar brown sugar baking soda kosher salt and vanilla extract first you want to combine the dry ingredients it’s the gluten-free flour.

Then the baking soda then the salt and then just mix it so it’s all combined now we are going to combine the sugars and the wet ingredients so organic sugar then the brown sugar then the room temperature vegan butter room temperature very important I’m going to start to combine this and then slowly add in the two.

Eggs one and two and then you just kind of want to pause in between if you are using a stand mixer always scrape down your sides now I’m going to add the dry ingredients this is why I love using the mixer cuz when you put the flour in does.

Get a little bit difficult oh that’s looking like yummy cookie dough turn it off for 2 seconds and scrape down the sides oh yeah this is looking really good drop in the chocolate chips mix it together with a spoon mix it gently so I’m going to put it in an.

Airtight container lined with parchment paper that way it’s not sticking on the bowl we can use all of it and we’ll just get it in there I use dark chocolate chips today love it this is such a simple recipe there’s nothing fancy here it’s just we’re using gluten-free flour and trust me it works.

If you use the right brand of gluten-free flour you are good and Luca is in the background as usual you do want to refrigerate this dough if you want your cookies to come out nice and chewy gooey pretty and happy all right if you don’t refrigerate these they will just kind of spread out and be really flat they won’t be thick.

So you do want to refrigerate them I saay for 4 hours you could also leave it in your fridge overnight not a problem or you could save this cookie dough and make it in a the next few days so just going to cover this really tightly pop it in the fridge okay here it goes 4 hours.

The cookie dough has been in the fridge for 4 hours oh it’s looking happy you want to take a baking sheet line it with parchment paper make sure your oven has been preheated to 375 and my oven has been preheated to 375 so we’re good so in a perfect world I like to take my ice cream scooper and just put my little.

Cookie shapes onto my baking sheet but sometimes the cookie dough if you’re noticing wow it’s still really cold and I need to get these in the oven then I would suggest just rolling it out on some parchment paper rolling it and then cutting it to the shape you want that way it’s consistent it’s easy it’s fast you don’t have to fuss I was fighting.

With this ice cream scooper about 10 minutes ago you should have seen us and the ice cream scooper was winning remember to portion yourself don’t eat 20 of these give them to neighbors give them to friends so I’m just taking the back of a prep bowl and I’m just going to press down so I can just get.

Them to the desired level of thickness that I want for each cookie remember in this recipe I did use vegan butter so it might be a little bit you know more sticky when it comes to doing this kind of thing here with the press down but just put put warm water a cooking spray you should be fine now those look like cookies that Cookie Monster would be.

Very proud to eat so we’re going to pop these in the oven at 375 for 9 minutes and then I’m going to check it set the timer oh my go okay come look at these now those are some very big time chocolate chip cookies right when they.

Come out of the oven I’ll add a few more chocolate chips just to let them melt on there so good so fun you don’t have to it’s just something I like to do okay okay here they are my gluten-free chocolate chip cookies I’m going to let them cool for about 2 minutes and we’re going to have ourselves a gluten-free chocolate chip cookie I cannot wait oh.

My God I really can’t wait I’m so excited right now so now I’m just moving them from their baking sheet over to my little rack here they came out phenomenal I’m just so happy that people that have Celiac gluten intolerance gluten allergies there are options and there are some great flowers out there for glutenfree and it’s different.

Flowers for different uses I find that this gluten-free flour that I use which you can find the info on my website worked really well for these cookies okay so here they are my gluten-free chocolate chip cookies on my drewville tray I love my drewville trays shout out to my friend Drew Hammer I love you one thing I like to do kind of at the end is.

I like to put a little sea salt you don’t have to but I like to add a little sea salt onto my chocolate chip cookies look at this they are just so gooey so delicious I’m super excited you know I’m going to I’m going to have to do this with a little bit of milk oh my gosh oh it’s like heaven so good.

Tomorrow morning I’ll eat half of one with a latte the chocolate chips are still melty it’s so perfect when it’s like that right you need to try out this recipe you’re going to love it I promise you remember to like save share and that you are deeply loved by God.
