Gluten Free Goodies Galore: A Delicious Dive into February’s Costco Haul with WW Points!

I’m back with another Costco haul hello my name is Amy and I am currently on a weight loss journey I am following ww and I have celiac disease so I have to eat gluten-free so everything in my hauls will always be a gluten- free let me show you what I got I.

Spent $160 which was $30 over budget but I got some things that should last me a while so we’ll see first up I got two nanners um apparently I got one organic and one non didn’t mean to I’m fine with non-organic in these just because you peel off the outside of them um but I got two this time because I’ve.

Been eating these like every day and so I eat them when they’re like pretty ripe and then I don’t have any to freeze and so I want be able to freeze some and put them in smoothies or um like kind of like a not a ninja creamy but ninja creamy bowl without the ninja creamy machine if you will um but anyway so yes I wanted some to freeze and some not to.

Freeze so that’s why we got two nanners and then I picked up these CI chili lime Puffs I have never had these before but but I say this on my Channel all the time I will never hesitate with anything with the brand ciete just because it’s got very clean ingredients.

Um this one has more so than the others it’s got lentil puff it’s a lentil puff so it’s lentil flour potato starch potato flour sea salt and turmeric avocado oil so it’s not in any um like canola oil or any inflammatory oils like that so that’s why I like the brand CI and I’ve never had these and they were on sale for.

$4.99 so we picked them up non food item but I just got some tank tops these are four tank tops it’s black and white I just needed these just for underneath shirts or to sleep my other non food item both of these were also not on the list but this is just.

A little work top it’s 13 it was $13.99 so I figured why not I figured it was some black pants um it will be good for the spring and summer and I am like I a color girly I always wear bright colors they also had like a bright cobalt blue in this shirt and I almost pied Pi that up but I swear I have like probably 10 shirts in that color um so I went with.

Hot pink who knows I might go back and get the cobalt blue next time if I like the shirt the way it fits it’s kind of large actually um I usually wear a large but I got a medium so we’ll see and then I picked up these veggies made great cinnamon roll muffins I’ve never had these before but I need something quick and easy in the morning.

Just like I am not a morning person and I want something that I can grab and go and like throw in the microwave at work um so I picked these up I will put the points on the screen for Weight Watchers for you I scanned everything in theore in the store but I don’t remember what everything is um and then I also used the Yuka app in the store.

Yuk just to check out like the ingredients I’ve just started using it so I’m not like very familiar with it but it rates products based off of what um the ingredients are in them I know you can do food and beauty products um and so everything that I scanned today was in the green zone besides one item and I’ll show you that when I get it um.

So I feel good with these um so I got these and then a staple every time I just got some mushrooms these were also a first um so these are the Jones uncured Canadian bacon and I do remember these these scan for 1 point for three slices and actually these were the this was the.

One thing that came up as a red item on the Yuka app and the only reason was because of sodium and so the sodium levels 520 mg which is 22% of the product um but I also had in my C like breakfast sausage and that was just as bad as these so so I went with these so I figured I can make like a breakfast sandwich in the morning or.

Just like chop it up and put it in um like an egg an egg bake I thought that that might be good it’s just a little change from bacon or sausage and then I picked up this Kevin’s my Korean barbecue style beef um this was on sale at Costco um I love Kevin’s products they are just so quick and easy and the ingredients.

Are usually pretty good this also scann green on the UK app um I’ve actually never had this one but I really like um there’s a coconut lime chicken one and then I forget the other ones that I’ve had but I’ve never had this beef so we’ll see how the beef is um and I haven’t really had any beef in a while so I thought that this would be good um.

Just when I don’t feel like cooking just nice to have and I like getting it from Costco because there’s two packs in here so me personally just myself I get like at least like four to five meals out of this box so I got some fresh mozzarella this was on sale um I have not been having cheese.

Lately but I’m going to start eating it uh and I just really like fresh mozzarella and I will put the Weight Watchers points on the screen I got these as just like a little snack but then I also picked up the ciete almond flour tortillas and instead of picking up like a frozen gluten-free pizza because I am.

Craving pizza I have not had pizza in like 2 months so I figured I could bake um like make like a little p a low Point Pizza on the almond flour tortillas using the mozzarella the fresh mozzarella and maybe put some Canadian bacon on there that would be really good um which is not good this I love gluten-free products I tell you um you.

Can already see this first one is broken in the package but these tortillas are really good I really like to make breakfast tacos oo I can take my Canadian bacon and make breakfast tacos I love these things they’re so versatile and good um and just regular tacos or pizzas again the brand is ciete I love everything.

From cete I’ve got some wild caught salmon um this is the Orca Bay wild K salmon um salmon on Weight Watchers is zero points um I like that it’s wild cut and I’ve had this before and it tastes really good and this is just a cheaper package to get at Costco than some of the other wild cot like this bag was only.

$22.99 um and so I am also Catholic and it’s lent right now so I can have this on Fridays I can make just put it in the air fryer I can make tacos with my almond flour tortillas um yeah salmon is just a really good healthy food.

This was an Impulse buy this was only $44.97 and it’s um gluten-free sprouted vanilla Chi chai Chi chai chai uh granola I’ve never had it for but these are this is the brand of my oats um and so I know it’s a really good quality brand and for $4.97 for a big bag of granola like you really can’t beat it so um I can put this over yog.

Bowls um and then when I make my smoothie bowls that would be really good I’m just I’m excited for this one I’m so happy strawberries are back in season prices are still a little bit high this was $4.99 but it’s not as bad as what it has been I can’t wait for them to steadily come down so strawberries.

And then my last fruit that I got was pears it’s coming towards the end of pears season and this bag was only $2.99 and I’ve been loving pairs um so I just picked these up since they were $2.99 a big bad mamama Jama of coconut oil this thing will probably last me for freaking years but the other little.

Things that I get at the grocery store are just like they’re a lot more expensive this is I don’t know how much it was like $10 or $11 for this big thing um and I’ll just never I’ll never have to get coconut oil again but I really really have grown to love coconut oil um it is higher in points but it brings so much good flavor to meals um.

That I enjoy cooking with it and then the last thing that I got was just everything but the bagel seasoning I like got some of this like a month ago from Aldi and I just blew through it cuz I’ve been eating so much eggs lately um so this was like $5 at Costco so I.

Picked it up and that’s everything for $160 at Costco why is inflation so high I ha it dear um but thank you so much for watching if you love Costco hauls if you are gluten-free or if you just love Costco hauls I would love if you subscribe like.
