Going to do to make this H protein taco pizza is make the crust for it let me tell you what we’re going to use to make the crust we’re going to use some organic split red lentils um now these lentils I’ve rinsed them really well I always rinse my grains my beans everything really well so these’ been rinsed really well but not soaked not.

Necessarily soak them but you do want to rinse them really well we’re going to use some oregano some salt and some garlic and then we’re going to use a little water and this is what um we’re going to start with so let’s get started okay so the first step here is to Simply add all of my ingredients to a high-speed blender and and I’m just.

Going to blend it into a nice smooth pourable batter okay and just like that um didn’t take much I blended my um lentils and my seasonings together and now it’s just a matter of getting it poured on the pan getting it into the oven it’s that easy guys okay so I find that the simplest.

Way to get an even layer of batter is to tilt the pan in a circular motion but you could use a back of a spoon to smooth it out if you prefer okay this is ridiculously easy right I know um so now I’ve got it poured I’ve got it kind of evenly uh spread around my pan here so now I’m just going to put in the oven I’m going to give it um a Half Bake and.

Then take it out and flip it and then we’re going to get it back in the oven and then it’s just a matter of topping it let’s do it all right so I’ve got my crust in the oven now it’s time to make the topping now what makes this a high protein taco pizza is exactly what we’re about to put together right now we’re going to take some organic chickpeas.

Some coconut aminos oregano garlic powder some cayenne pepper some onion powder and some smoked peppera and I’m going to just kind of Grill these beans and add the seasons and the coconut aminos to it and get it mixed up really well give it a really nice Taco flavor I’ve had this before so delicious the beans of course are part of what makes.

This high protein lots of um protein in these chickpeas uh so let’s uh let’s get them grilling and put this together so not only is this pizza high protein but it’s also budget friendly dry beans and lentils are very economical way to add lots of protein to your diet and they have a whole list of other health benefits as well so now I’m.

Just adding my uh spices and my coconut aminos to my chickpeas and I want to cook these until the liquid has mostly cooked off and the seasonings are coating the chickpeas if you’re enjoying this video please like And subscribe below okay so now I’ve been cooking my beans and mixing in the flavors really.

Well now I’m going to add my uh cherry tomatoes here okay so I’ve pulled my crust out I’ve baked one side of it and now it’s time to flip it and then I’m going to put it back in the oven and bake it for just a few minutes longer okay so if you look at the texture it’s nice and kind of crispy right now which is what I want.

And um and now I’m just going to flip it all right and just like that I’ve got my pizza flip uh now I’m going to put it back in the oven to cook the other side for just a few minutes and then we’ll get it top okay so the next step in making this high protein taco pizza is making this delicious pesto now this.

Pesto is going to be a cilantro green pea pesto I’ve had it before absolutely delicious first time that I’m actually uh posting it here let me tell you what I’m going to use I’m going to use some pistachios I’m going to use some green peas nutrition yeast some garlic some salt some cilantro and then some lemon now a couple things remember this is a.

High protein Pizza we’ve got our chick peas already we talked about those uh another thing that brings a lot of protein to this dish are the pistachios and of course the green peas which is an excellent source of vegan protein now for those of you who might want to make this um nutree remember the crust is made out of lenol so nut no nuts there.

But we are adding pistachios but you could just as easily substitute these pistachios um with the seed with pumpkin seed or sunflower seeds so that is an option if you want to make it nutree but this is the way I’m going to do it today so let’s get this pesto together okay so now I’m combining all of my pesto ingredients into the food.

Processor now I’m going to blend everything all together here now you could add small amounts of water as necessary if you find that your pesto is thicker than you prefer it’s all about personal preference okay so now I’ve got everything ready to go uh now it’s just a matter of adding the toppings to our pizza and we’re done so let’s do it okay.

So I’m starting with a generous layer of pesto uh then my seasoned chickpeas now these Taco style chickpeas are so good especially when combined with this cilantro pea pesto I’m telling you guys you’ll love this now once I’ve got my chickpeas over the pizza I’m adding uh some thinly sliced jalapeno peppers now this is totally optional but highly.

Recommended then lastly I’m drizzling my HV sour cream that I’ve thinned slightly with some water and there you have it okay so our pizza is done and man does it look good the thing I like about this pizza the most lots of proteins and lots of flavor and lots of spices if you love spicy food you’ll love this pizza the only thing left is to cut it and to.

Taste it very good lots of flavor lots of spices this is good pizza so guys this is one you really ought to make think about it the crust was just lenol and spices super easy to make and then we topped it with beans it’s high protein lots of flavor I mean.
