You want to you can add some dry spices if you’re wanting your cake bites to have a little bit of a different flavor to them I just want mine to have the Maple and white chocolate flavor so I’m not adding anything extra to it sift all the dry ingredients together until they’re fully combined and there are no lumps in the dry.

Should be thick but you should also be able to pour it when you’re moving your bowl around it should move around easily if it is too thick you can add 1 to 2 tablespoons of room temperature water I actually ended up adding 1 tblspoon of room temperature water because it was a tad thicker than what I wanted it to be so depending on the texture of your.
Coconut flour you may or may not need to add a little bit of water to thin it out just a little bit you don’t want a thin batter but you do want it to be able to pour a little bit then pour the batter into your prepared cake pan use a wooden spoon or a spatula and spread the batter evenly and smoothly throughout your cake pan once the batter is spread if you.

Once you’ve scattered them on top of the batter use the back of a spoon and gently tap the addins down into the batter you don’t want them poking up on top place the cake batter in your preheated oven bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden and a tester comes out clean once the cake is baked remove it from the oven immediately.
