Hey guys welcome to a lemon Blossom gluten-free cooking today we’re going to be making bacon lettuce tomato and avocado sandwiches otherwise known as BLS our ingredients are going to include gluten-free bread I’m using the beefree gluten-free Homestyle sandwich bread that is sourdough I’m also using bacon romae.

Lettuce which is not pictured avocado tomato mayonnaise and mustard I’m going to start by getting my bacon ready for use and by warming up the pan while the pen is warming up I’m going to prep my tomato and avocado after rinsing.

The tomatoes I will be slicing them thin n nah.

Take care of cutting the avocados as it can be very easy to get cut if you’re uncomfortable cutting the avocados as I have shown you may place them against The Cutting Board and do the same process I will then coat the avocado slices in a little bit of lemon juice to help prevent the oxidization or Browning of the avocado.

Slices while I am waiting for my bacon to cook oh p.

he carefully Place slices of bacon into your heated pan and place the splatter guard over the pan the first few pieces of bacon often get stuck to the pan due to the lack of oil in the pan prior you may at this point cook your bacon to.

Your preferred preference of either nice and crispy or to a softer texture make sure that you check your bacon regularly and flip them at least halfway through the cooking process oh.

I’m going to take a couple leaves of Romain lettuce and rinse those before cutting them I’m also going to open this new package of gluten-free bread and place a couple of slices in the toaster this toaster is used strictly on gluten-free bread.

Once the toast is done I am going to put a generous amount of manise on one side I’m then going to top it with mustard put two slices of tomato I am then going to follow up with 3 to four pieces of bacon which I’m going to tear into half pieces and stack accordingly.

At this time I’m going to cut my lettuce into pieces that are easily stacked into the sandwich I’m then going to add a decent layer of avocado you may stack these ingredients in any order you prefer and voila you have a bacon.
