Juggling Goals: From FBLA Triumphs to Gluten-Free Adventures!
Good morning guys it is literally 44 a.m. and I just woke up don’t mind to messy here because I have fpla today if you don’t know what fpla is it is future Business Leaders of America and um it’s it’s a club that I’m in it’s a high school club but the district’s competition is today and I’m going to.
Get ready for it so I’m up super early because I have to be at a college in at 7:30 so get ready with me first I’m going to go pack my lunch so that I’m ready um so let’s do that let be super quiet cuz no one else is up yet though okay so I’m going to show you guys a super cool hack so as you know.
I’m glutenfree and I make my own sandwich bread and I freeze it and I usually take it out the night before and set it in the fridge so that it can thaw overnight and be ready in the morning but guess what last last night I didn’t put any bread out so I didn’t have any bread for a sandwich this morning so I just took a gluten-free tortilla and put.
Some peanut butter and jam in it and folded it up like a quesadilla and it was fabulous so so good you know crunchy peanut butter is the only way to go and then I added some blueberry jam to that but this is also good with peanut butter and bananas or peanut butter and honey or even like a turkey wrap so just a.
Cool hack that I wanted to share with you guys it is too dark and too early to go for a run so I’m going to hit the elliptical really quick see you guys after a few moments later okay so I just finished my workout I did 35 minutes on the elliptical and um like 10 minutes of arm strength and.
Of course I’m stretching and Mobility now it’s time to get ready and I need to hurry yes I did work out in my pajamas because I am running short on time excuse me unesthetic bathroom um we’re renovating our house and my bathroom’s in the basement so it’s last to go time to get dressed let me show you.
My business outfits so I have a couple of jackets to choose from there’s this tan one or this black one and then I have either the white blouse or the black blouse so I’m going to get dressed and I’m probably going to put some leggings under my pants because it’s cold all right so this is what I went.
With today I did the white shirt and my black pants and I’m sorry guys I’m 410 the amount of effort it took to find business pants that actually fit me is insane I’m going to do this with a black jacket I know you guys can’t see my full body right now sorry and then for shoes I have white flats which I’m probably not going to do or black flats.
Or black heels I think I’m going to end up going with the black flats but yeah now let’s do my hair so as you all can see my hair is a mess um I don’t know if it’s like this is like its natural texture I don’t know if it’s curly or what it’s going on but my mom’s hair is super curly yeah when I brush it.
It gets like that so I’m just going to curl it today with a curling iron because I don’t have time for much else so while I do that let me talk to you about what I’m doing today so basically what I’m is FAA future Business Leaders of America and it’s a club for high school and um you basically do different business events I guess so this year I.
Took you do two events one of which has to be a test I did two tests this year I did business law and insurance and risk management last year and freshman year I did business law as well freshman year I B eighth place at State and uh last year as a sophomore I got first place in my district second place at State and I actually went to Nationals so that’s the.
Hope for this year too today is just a district competition so basically I found out how well I did on the test and I um hopefully qualify for State insurance and risk management I’m going to be honest with you I don’t know why I did that one I don’t have very high hopes for insurance ins and risk management um I just did it really cuz.
My dad does insurance and you know last year I did um business law and healthcare administration and I actually played second in healthcare administration and I just like guessed I just guessed on the test so I don’t know I guess we’ll see but if I make it to State it’ll be it’s a 3-day cont conference at a.
Hotel and I basically just take another test on Business Law see if I qualify for Nationals now last year Nationals was really fun it was in Florida luckily um my friend qualified so we went together we spent like 8 hours at Universal uh it was pretty fun pretty tiring but really fun it was a week.
Long um yeah fbaa is a really great organization it’s really fun I’ve had a lot of really great experiences through it so if you’re thinking about joining I definitely definitely would also I’m just going to Vlog my whole day I’m probably not going to take my camera.
To the college I’m going to for districts but I will update you after um on how everything goes if you’re seeing this video I’m probably not going to post it if I don’t place no I’m kidding I’m kidding I will I’ll update you all but after F today I have mock trial practice at the local.
Courthouse I can also Vlog The Mock Trial Competition when that comes in a few weeks if you guys want me to do that but yeah if I make it to State I’ll probably Vlog at State especially considering how I’m gluten free and it can be kind of hard to do conferences and that type of.
Thing um gliten free last year the hotel had a pretty good gluten-free selection but you have to bring your own dinner and stuff and it’s like they only serve lunch so I mean can be kind of difficult sometimes but luckily one of my friends is living free so we door Dash Chick-fil-A and stuff together so it’s pretty.
Fun okay so as I’m finishing up my hair I have like two pieces left I’m just going to update you guys real quick it is 6:10 my parents said I have to be upstairs ready to go by 6:15 so I’m going to finish my hair get all my things and then go have some breakfast probably some my go-to some fried eggs and.
Berries and then I’m GNA go and I will see you guys later when I update you wish me love one eternity later okay guys so I just got home and it went really good I got third place in insurance and risk management which is shocking in first place in business loss so yay I will be vlogging state for you guys too especially with what.
Gluten-free foods I eat at state so I’m super excited and I’m super proud of myself let me show you guys the little pins I got cuz I won so here I got a pin for each event that I placed in my little third place and first place pins I’m so so proud of myself now I actually have to get ready.
To go to mock trial practice because that is another club that I’m in sorry my basement’s a little messy I’m also in mock trial so I have to get ready to go to practice and I’m not going to wear a business entire to Mar TR cuz that’s not comfy so okay so I just Chang got to new little outfit just a Nike jacket and.
Some leggings but now I’m going to head to mock trial um that’s another club I do where basically we like get a fake court case and I’m a lawyer so I have to like you know make a case for the witnesses I’m actually pretty good at it um when I grow up I want to be a lawyer maybe a drag officer in the Air Force so that’s.
Why I do it and that’s why I do the business law for fbl I really quite enjoy it but the fbaa competition today was fun I even got to reconnect with some friends from my old school which was really really nice and I’m glad I went so it’s about 4:15 right now I’m gonna go to mock trial and I’ll catch up with you guys.
After hi guys so it’s pretty late it’s 8:46 p.m. uh I’m being a bad YouTuber sorry I didn’t record when I got home from mock trial but mock trial ran from 4:30 to 6:30 so I’ve really been busy going at it all day but I got home and we immediately made some dinner I had some really good chicken and broccoli and it was really tasty really good um.
My trial practice was good I’m really really tired so I’m going to get ready for bed now but thank you guys for sticking with me today I know this was kind of probably maybe a boring Vlog and I’m sorry for that oh sorry for camera um but thank you for sticking around with me and I hope you enjoyed this little insight into my life just a.
Random Wednesday when I had a fa districts and I hope you enjoyed this video I have more coming I have I’m going to do a couple of running gear reviews and hauls and lots more recipes that I’m super excited about hint hint I’m going to make some Valentine’s Day Donuts so those are coming up soon I.
Will Vlog my fbl state um Journey experience uh especially what I eat there being gluten-free I hope you guys enjoyed as always like And subscribe for more gluten-free goodness thank you guys for all the love and support and it truly makes me so happy to uh share pieces of my life with you.
