Easy and Delicious Gluten-Free Bread Recipe with Brown Rice Flour | Perfect for Vegans and No Kneading Required!

Hi guys it’s Charlotte from that girl Cooks healthy so today I’m going to show you how to make this brown rice flour bread it’s vegan friendly it’s a quick bread doesn’t require any proven so let’s get to it these are the ingredients that you’re.

Going to need you’re going to need some brown rice flour some filium husk you want to use filium husk that is the whole filium husk not the powder I have some rolled oats so I’m using the oldfashioned jumbo Ro um oats I’m sorry oats that I’m using um I’m also using some instant yeast I have flat eggs which is a vegan.

Friendly replacement to actual eggs some maple syrup this is actually like a honey oat type of recipe but I’m not using honey because honey is not vegan friendly so I’m using maple syrup instead I also have some olive oil some water some baking powder apple cider vinegar and some pink salt so the first thing we need to do is.

To combine all of our wet ingredients so I already have the water in a j so I’m just going to add the wet ingredients so that’s going to be the flax eggs the maple syrup as I said before I’m using maple syrup instead of Honey to make it vegan friendly because this this is technically a honey oat type of recipe and then we’re also adding the olive oil.

And the apple cider vinegar and once I add all of those ingredient ingredients and just going to mix it together and then set The Jug aside so I have the brown rice flour in a large bowl and I’m just going to add the dry ingredient so I’m going to add the filium husk and then I’m going to.

Add the pink salt the baking powder the instant yeast you want to use instant yeast not um dried yeast yeast sorry for this recipe um I’m also going to add my baking powder as well and my jumbo oats as well so now I’m just going to grab a whisk and mix all of those dry ingredients together and I’m then just going to create a type of well in the.

Center of the bowl just to accommodate the liquid quid so now I’m just going to pour the wet ingredients in with the dry ingredients and I’m just going to pour it into the center you can add all of the liquid if you want to because this is a quick recipe a quick bread recipe.

So you can add that and then I’m just going to grab a spoon and start mixing you can use your hand or hands if you want to do the mixing but you really don’t really need to use your hands because we’re not needing the dough um you’re just mixing it so you can keep continue to stir until what you’ll notice is that you the mixture is going.

To become a dough type of texture it’s going to take some time because the filium husk that we us using in the recipe needs some time to expand because that’s going to expand and react to the liquid and then we’re going to get that dough um like I said you don’t need to use your hands for the recipe you can if you want to but you can just do this.

Like I’m doing it by using a spoon and then it’s going to come together so just keep doing that and it’s going to eventually get thicker and you’re going to get a nice dough ball.

So as you can see as I’m stirring you can see that we’ve created a nice dough and it’s pretty much much a dough ball now and that’s the consistency that we need before we move on to the next step so the next thing you need to do now is to just scoop that dough out of the bowl and put it on some parchment paper and then you want to just use your.

Hands to shape it into a rectangular shape because you’re trying to shape it into the same shape as the love pan that you be putting it in and you also want to grab that love pan and you want to sort of like size it up so I put it next to the dough and I also put it over it so it’s hovering over it as well so you can see that I’ve lined and greased the.

Loaf pan and you want to make sure that it’s the same sort of size before you move on to um adding the jumbo oat so now we’re just going to sprinkle the dough with the jumbo oat so what I I like to do is sprinkle it on top and then I also put the jumbo oats surrounding the parchment paper as well.

Because I need to roll it over so you’re going to roll it over as well as carefully as you can um don’t worry if the shape starts to become a little bit deformed you can just correct it as you go along so you want to roll it over onto the jumbo oats to make sure that all of the dough gets some of the jumbo o it does take a little bit of skill but.

Don’t worry just do it as best as you can and um again as you can see I’m just sprinkling more of the oat on top before I transfer it into the loaf pan so now I’m going to transfer the dough into my love pan and then I’m going to let it bake the baking time does vary mine took about 50 minutes it.

Should be golden on top and if you turn it upside down and Pat it it should sound hollow and that’s when your bread is ready so this is what the bread looks like Fresh Out the Oven the house smells amazing right now fresh bread is amazing this is a really really easy recipe to make it’s vegan glutenfree it’s pretty much everything.

That you will need in a gluten-free bread so I hope you like this recipe more importantly do not forget to like comment subscribe make that recipe and make my day I really would appreciate it I put so much effort into these recipes so please make it as well as like comment and share um thank you so so much for watching this video.
