Indulge in a Guilt-Free Delight: A Wholesome Twist on a Classic Blueberry Dessert!

Hey guys welcome back to my Channel today I wanted to share a recipe with you that I have used for a long time this recipe is called blueberry crumble it’s really popular whenever I go to brunches and things like that um it is dairy free glutenfree it’s actually going to be part of our supper.

Tonight we’re also going to have it with bacon and egg and I’ll show you how to make it I’ll go ahead and let you screenshot the recipe if you want to um I always double this recipe so when I first wrote this down from wherever I got it years ago it wasn’t doubled and there’s the directions if you want to screenshot.

That okay so I’m starting off I didn’t measure this at all I literally just dump a bunch of frozen blueberries in here so these are frozen wild blue berries the Great Value brand so I’m going to start with uh two cups of oldfashioned rolled oats next it calls for a cup of chopped.

Pecans I’m actually going to leave those out because um most of the people eating this tonight are kids and they don’t usually appreciate nuts in their food so I’m just going to leave the pecans out for today I’m going to go in with 1 cup of almond milk this is the almond flour I use just great value brand um so now I’m going to do.

2/3 cup of maple syrup 2 teaspoon of vanilla I’m going to add in coconut oil also going to add in the cinnamon and salt now I’m going to put this on top of the blueberries okay so now it’s completely covered you’ll need to Triple the original recipe if you want the N by 13 to be.

Totally covered on the top I wanted to mention some substitutes that you can do for this recipe so um if you can’t have dairy and you would rather do that instead of the coconut oil you can do butter and I actually did that this time um because none of us need to be dairy free right now so I did butter instead like you can omit the.

Nuts like I did um like if you want to leave them out completely or you can exchange the pecans for walnuts um I recommend the pecans that’s personally the best to me um but you can use whatever nut you want or you can leave it out all together as far as the sweetener goes um you really need the volume of the maple syrup to hold.

Everything together um so I don’t really know I guess you could try applesauce maybe if you want to like totally cut down the sugar this is a great dish to take to different Gatherings so people with sensitivities can enjoy it and I also think it’s a great dish to take to new moms so let me know if you try it and I hope you have a great day see you.
