Exploring Delicious New Finds: Gluten-Free Goodies Galore in February 2024!

Hi welcome back to the channel Michelle and today I’m going to be showing you what I spent in the month of February on groceries so I usually grocery shop once a week so every week I’m going to show you what I got so if you’re new to my channel we are a gluten-free family 5 my youngest daughter who seven has celiac disease so we are Glo free for medical.

Reasons so you’ll see a lot of Glo free items um my son and I also have a dairy intolerance so you’ll see some dairy free items anything that I make for all of us to eat will be dairy free but I buy Dairy based products for my family members that can handle Dairy so it’s the first week of February just did my grocery shopping and I spent.

$28.80 so I’m going to show you what I got so my main grocery store is Kroger and I usually find actually the best deals because they have a lot of coupons available so let’s start over here so I got some big cheese for my kids who can handle cheese and we usually shred this up and do like tacos quesadillas grilled cheese these are a.

New find these are the bobos peanut butter and jelly they have a grape and a strawberry I got this strawberry last week and uh I got to say between the strawberry and the grape we all really prefer the grape it’s really good my store had it um on sale if you bought five it was A1 off each of them so that’s why I bought five.

Of them last week I bought five strawberry or I bought four strawberry and one grape and we prefer the grape so I figured we’d stock up on Grape but as you can see they are gluten-free they’re really good in filling and everybody likes them so it’s I put it in the snack container got some lunch meat so roast beef and salami and again these are this.

Lunch meat is something that can have gluten in it so make sure you’re buying glutenfree lunch meat and then this was on sale too this is the kids favorite Gluten-Free mac and cheese and again for my son who is dairy sensitive I usually just after I cook the noodles I put some butter on there and I put his dairyfree cheese on there we need some toilet.

Paper so the meat the meat will be about the next week and a half we were out of pretty much everything so I got some sweet Italian I got some chicken brass and again this is a big pack so I will split this and it’ll be two meals I got a pork tender line to make some fried pork so I will slice that up and fry it again pork chops I will slice this in.

Half and it will be two meals ground beef this is for taco night hot dogs is for a lunch for my kids and then I got some pork sausage because I’m doing breakfast for dinner next week and then I needed some laundry detergent over here got some chips again this is my kids favorite and they’re certified glue andree the kettle brand.

So we got Barbe and honey Bourn I thought we do salads a lot in the house so I thought maybe we would try this out because it was clearanced out and one of the nice things is I usually go on Fridays and like when the store opens so I can get first grabs on a lot of the stuff that they are getting rid of and most of it’s not near expiration it’s.

Just they don’t have room on the shelves cuz it’s a smaller store so we’ll try that I got some carbonated water sparkling water I need this for a recipe for beer battered um I believe it’s beer battered sausages but because we’re gluten-free and we don’t have any gluten-free beer options near us uh this was the alternative in.

The recipe to use so I got some rice for dinner next week and we like to use it when we have fish I got the Pea bread because we’re going to do some chicken pea Euro recipe and then I got two things of the glutenfree mission tortillas these are everybody’s favorites and then they had some.

Organic lemons that were clearanced out and my kids really like to have lemon in their water so we slice it up and put it in there and because it’s in their water I really do prefer to have the organic and then we got some organic carrots two of my kids really like to just wash them and bite the entire thing so I get the.

Whole carrots I got this we do have a lot of frozen veggies in the freezer still but this will just be a quick side this so I rotate between the butter I get I can I get the country Croc plant butter which is dairy free and gluten-free and then the Earth Balance soyf free butter this is significantly cheaper than the Earth Balance the only.

Downside it has soy in it and the Earth Balance doesn’t but this is like I said a cost-saving so I will rotate between those two I got this because I had a coupon these are our favorite cookies got some yogurt Dairy fruit yogurt for for my son and then for my kids that can have dairy that picked up.

Salsa and vanilla and again you want to make sure things like vanilla is gluten-free I got some olive oil some coconut aminos this is a soy sauce alternative and then I got some guacamole salsa for taco night got the milk this is again everyone in my house drinks this at one point I was buying half a G but nobody was drinking it so I.

Just buy this now and everyone drinks it this is my son’s dairyfree cheese I get I do prefer the oat milk or the oat cream I think it melts and tastes a lot better my 10-year-old requested this uh blueberry cream cheese and then I got two CS of 18 eggs that’s that’s how much eggs we go through in about a week and then I got some produce and.

Again because I go early a lot of the produce section is stocked with um what they’re trying to get rid of so I got the these for a dollar these are mangoes I got some blood oranges for $180 kids really like that and then I did get some bell peppers and they’re the sweet peppers my daughter really likes to eat these with her.

Lunches but also I need them for recipe and then I got some bananas so that is everything I got for $ 218883 so this is my second grocery haul for February I spent $23.94 so this is everything I got so we’ll start over here hot dogs pepperoni we’re going to.

Have pizza night later in the week salami uh open roasted chicken lunch meat we usually get the block cheddar and my husband shreds it string cheese almond milk it was buy to get one free for y yogurt so we’re the ones of us that can handle real Dairy I got orange juice cuz I’m making orange chicken later in the week this my.

Favorite dairyfree ice cream and then my oldest picked this out for her toast I got two things of eggs this one was being clearanced out that’s why I got that we go through a ton of eggs in my house frozen broccoli gluten-free Oreos here’s the butter we’ve been using again this has soy in it but significantly cheaper and the Earth.

Balance and then got two of these gluten-free mission tortillas we’ll use one for taco night and the other one will be wraps for the freek this is our go-to for pizza night now really good easy I’ve been picking these up cuz they keep giving me coupons for a1ar off and these are the kids favorite cookies and they’re free of all these things so you.

Can literally eat them raw so very allergy friendly and then the meat I got the little smokies my ore loves these so that’ll probably be a lunch got some ribs some ground beef these are all for various dinners chicken and then I picked up this cake I talked this talked about this in the gluten-free favorites I’ll link that of above but this is.

Really good it does have dairy in it but I’m starting to notice we’re slowly introducing Dairy to his diet to see how he does with it so it does have dairy but is beyond Celiac certified which is one of the highest certifications you can get so it is kind of a layered cake so we’re going to try a little bit of that on his.

Birthday back here I’m going to be making cornflake crusted Cod so I had to get some glutenfree cornflakes and then Cheerios is always a staple some crackers chips so this is for t or this is for taco night and then we always have kettle chips on hand for lunches and things like that got apples bananas salad for the week some avocados for.

Taco night this is the Cod I was talking about and then pizza sauce I found this is really good with the crust and pizza sauce is just um they just put more sugar in it than tomato or pasta sauce need some jelly some uh baked beans which we’ll have with the ribs and then I’ve been using this I got a new cookbook and one of the main ingredients.

In a lot of recipes is this garlic infused olive oil it’s really good and it really does ADD a lot of flavor so I recommend that but that is everything I got for the second week of February well hello there I’m sure that you’re probably expecting Michelle but she is off with our youngest for.

Doctor’s appointment and I got to be the one to make a video for a grocery haul so bear with me here we go all right so starting off we’ve got the uh diet cheese Shred BS these are good for our dairy free folks in our household we got of course our giant block of dairy cheese that we use for those folks that do eat the cheese um that’s for tacos.

And just about all sorts of other different things uh almond milk for our dairyfree folks uh amber colored maple syrup o we didn’t we didn’t get the dark stuff this time I’m not sure what that was all about uh coconut amino substitute for soy sauce uh baking powder corn starch uh creamy Supreme white Pillsbury.

Frosting that sounds awfully suggestive uh frozen veggies apples uh pears we got some lunch meat honey ham avocados pet Thai noodles I have a feeling that we’re going to be doing something Asian food related uh spaghetti spti gluten-free Funfetti cake.

Mix this is actually really good I I was I was really happy the last time we got that uh let’s see uh baked energy bars the kids go through these things way too fast and same thing with the Lara bars and yogurt oh my Lord so much yogurt the this is probably not going to last a week um see I already mentioned eggs got eggs carrots.

Potatoes uh let’s see stir fry meat uh that’s probably going to go with an Asian dish that we’ll be doing sometime later uh breakfast sausage chicken thighs usually we split this up this this is probably going to turn into multiple meals for sometime later in the week I believe that’s everything so the the grand total this.

Time around came to 4951 all right awesome ah jeez I almost forgot the toilet paper so it is the last week of February so I’m going to show you the last haul I have although I do have a small Walmart one I have to do after this which I’ll show you after this clip.

So this was Kroger I spent 16307 flip you around show you what I got so this is everything I got we’ll start over here produce asparagus onion oranic broccoli peas corn I need some onion powder I got some bean sprouts because we are doing um an Asian inspired dish later in the week I got a bunch of jars of sauce because uh we’re.

Doing lasagna next week bananas this is for I make homemade tomato soup because a lot of tomato soups and soups in general have gluten in them so I just make them some lettuce our new favorite gluten-free tortillas for taco kns and wraps for lunches Oreos raspberries and blueberries.

Got some lunch meats so we got roast beef the kids really like to snack on pepperoni and salami my almost 11-year-old picked this out she likes to pick out something every time we go to the grocery store so this is what she chose got some crackers and then some cereal just got Cheerios and.

Checks got two things of ground beef for the week bacon was buy one get one free so we’re going to have blt’s and tomatoes soup next week chicken was buy one to get one free so I got two chicken breasts two packages of chicken breasts this is for the lasagna I’m going to make again my almost 11-year-old chose this as well.

She likes to put it on the crackers then we have cheese sticks berf free cheese for my son and I mozzarella this is for lasagna we’ve been trying this butter although it’s gluten-free it does have have soy in it but it’s significantly cheaper than the Earth Balance the dairyfree.

Ranch got some dish soap and then a Cardon of eggs and that was everything at crober for $637 this is the last grocery haul for February so I just have to pick up a few things at Walmart but these few things were $41.5 but this was $14 alone so I had to pick up some dairyfree yogurt cuz my.

Kroger doesn’t have any so this is just the plain and Sweden the blueberry and strawberry banana this is for my son and I I picked up some regular yogurt for those of us in the family that can take Dairy and then I wanted to get this the kids requested lasagna next week and my Kroger didn’t have any gluten-free lasagna lasagna noodles so had to pick.

Those up these are really good all my kids really like them they’ve gone up in price they used to be like $275 and they’re over $3 now so that kind of sucks I needed uh olive oil and then my four-year-old chose this and these are really good it’s in one of my recent gluten-free favorites haul but that is everything at Walmart for.

$41.5 so my grand total for groceries for the month of February for my family of five and we deal with dairy intolerance and celect disease within our family was $786 so yeah I have definitely seen an increase in our grocery buz budget in the last few months let me know down below what do you guys usually spend on.

Groceries a month cuz I’m definitely feeling it so I’d like to know I’m not the only one as always thank you for watching
