Different well it has more of like a marshmallowy spongy ciner whereas emang is very like dry and crunchy um you’re going to get the crunchy bite on the outside of the paoa but the filling is like marshmallowy texture so in essence these cupcakes are inspired by the flavors of Pavlova and don’t contain actual Pavlova but I totally recommend.

In so first we’re going to mix some apple cider vinegar into your milk or almond milk and then we want to mix together all of our dry ingredients the corn starch in this recipe really helps to make these light and.

Fluffy just make sure that baking powder is really evenly distributed and now in the bowl of our mixer we’re going to add our sugar and our applesauce which we’re using to replace um any butter or oil um so always crack your egg in a bowl separate from your mixing bowl do as I say not as I.

Do once you add the egg you’re going to mix it in really well and then you’re going to start incorporating your dry mixture with your milk vinegar mixture I just did it in three rounds since this is a small batch of cupcakes you’re going to want to scrape down the sides of your mixing bowl a few times just to make sure that everything.

Is really well Incorporated going to mix it up add some vanilla and line a pan with your cupcake liners lightly spray them so they won’t stick and fill them about 2/3 of the wle now you bake these at 350° f for 16 to 20 minutes depending on your.

Oven now while those bake we are going to make some raspberry filling so I just took some frozen raspberries and cooked them down on the stove top until they started to sort of separate and then you add your sugar and then stir for another minute or two until it’s well dissolved and then take your corn starch and mix.

It with water until that is dissolved and then with your raspberry mixture removed from the heat just slow that in I mean slowly stir that in um and let that set for a while and firm up now you’re going to want to core your cupcakes if you have a cupcake corer use that I had a vegetable peeler so that’s what I used um and then you can fill.

Your cupcakes I just sort of spooned it in and then spread it around on top for like some extra raspberry flavor and now we have some extra raspberry jam for breakfast now on to the frosting I just used my favorite cream cheese frosting um I’ll do a separate video for that but yeah hope you enjoy the video today I did not make actual.

Pavo was to put on top but you can and I left a great recipe below um so if you try that and you make cute little miniature pavos to put on top you are winning the day and everyone will love them ey prom.
