Absolute favorite which is pasture bird and this is the only one that had the bone in this week so I was kind of sad but I love that brand and I’ve only ever seen it at Sprouts next up I just picked up the next best um they were all out of the organic chicken so I picked up the no antibiotics and no steroids um version and this was the boneless.
Skinless and I definitely prefer bone on and skin on I have been making a roast every single Sunday for the last 3 months and this is just the one that I pick up from Sprouts it’s grass-fed and it is delicious and it was like 25 bucks for that big one and we’ll eat off of it for six meals this is the triple pack of the organic chicken breast that I like.
To get from Costco and next up someone did ask me what kind of detergent I use use and this is the EOS brand and this is like um no phalates it’s made without dioxine and it’s made without falah hiide or Dye so this is the one we’ve been getting for a couple of years from Costco they also sell it at Walmart and I believe it’s like $15 at Walmart this.
Was on sale this week at Costco for $12.99 and this will last us for a couple of months so that’s the one that I like to get not perfect ingredients but I think the ingredients are pretty great especially for the price and it works for us next up I picked up some things from Sam’s I forgot to even put that on the beginning of the video These.
Are their pasture raised eggs I also picked up some other proteins like their wild C Alaskan Sakai salmon and wild C salmon is just amazing for you for so many different reasons especially Omega-3s and then their wild CAU golf shrimp was only I think $11 if I’m not mistaken and I have been making like shrimp tacos with this and just.
Different things my family really really enjoys that and then I picked UPS this giant bag of gold potatoes which is something that I get from any store that I go to whether it’s Aldi Costco or Sams some organic um carrots I like um all these vegan mozzarella cheese and they’re shredded lettuce for tacos I give this.

Own flower crackers from Aldi and one of you asked me about this but this is the first time I’ve seen it in my area where it didn’t have um the cheddar ones they’re actually better than the simple mil Mills ones this is the hearts of palm angel hair pasta I love to put that in like chicken noodle soup and it’s just Palm that’s sliced up.
If you’ve ever had poppy soda it’s a Prebiotic soda this is Aldi’s version and it was like two bucks so I had to try it and it was so good so so good next up I picked up smoked paprika and organic quinoa from Aldi is my absolute favorite even though it’s cheaper for the big bag at Costco I love that one I picked up some ground lamb.
Also their grass-fed beef and I also picked up this split breast l plate we’re probably not going to get it again I’ve gotten it about three or four times and they’ve just been so fatty that there hasn’t been a lot of meat on them lately but if you’re looking for a cheap option it’s really really good we are kind of obsessed with.
Lamb okay so I’m going to put in two tablespoons of May this a/ teaspoon of salt or salt to taste and then I’m going to go in with about a/ teaspoon of smoked paprika then it’s simple you’re just going to mix all that together and this is going to marinate.
I’m just going to leave it out sitting out for about 10 to 15 minutes and just let all of the flavors come together you can also add a teaspoon or to two teaspoons of hot sauce which I like to do too just to give it a good flavor um or you can just leave it like this if you have people that don’t like a lot of spice so once all of this is coated.
We’re just going to leave it to sit for about 10 minutes so next I’m just going to put down some parchment paper so you can use avocado oil spray or you can use a little bit of avocado oil so what I’m going to do is I’m just going to add some of this to my actual pan and I’m just going to rub it.
Around so I’m just going to spread this around this is so things get nice and kind of crispy and we’re also going to drizzle the chicken with it as well now we’re going to take our chicken that has been resting and I’m going to add I just have some casawa flour I’m just going to add this add any.
Flour that you like but I’m just going to lightly coat it so maybe about two to three tablespoons so there’s two that might be enough I let’s put my glove back on and just get everything nice and coated so I think 2 tablespoons is going to work so this isn’t like going to be a really crispy.
Um chicken tender or chicken nugget you could always um put these in the air fryer spray them with some avocado oil or you can hand fry them and so next up I’m just going to add just a little bit of so about a/ tbspoon of avocado oil or you could spray it starting to.
Clump together so now we are just going to start adding that to our our pen you just want to space them out it makes a ton of nuggets or tenders from just two lbs of chicken breast and we’re just going to add these all to a pan I have an oven preheating at 425° and we’re going to cook these for about 20.
Minutes and then we’ll have some really delicious chicken nuggets you can put them on salads you can put it in a wrap you could eat it in a sandwich you could eat it by itself with some fries which is what we’re going to do so we have this giant pen of chicken tenders I’m going go aead and pop this in the oven.
really really tender it just comes apart so I wanted to make something a little fun so I made like buffalo chicken sandwiches I paired it with some zucchini and some broccoli and I just used that Canyon gluten-free bread and it was so so so good my husband was like.
Please make this again okay so I’m going to show you the air fryer version this one I didn’t even let sit for 10 or 15 minutes I just did the Mayo I did the seasoning and then I used tapioca instead of casawa flour and I just coated it with some almond flour I’m going to go ahead and pop this in the air fryer and we’re going to put.
This at 380° and we’re going to to about 18 minutes so these are a little crispier than the ones that come in the that are in the oven and this is what it looks like when they’re done they are so so so good and so easy to make it takes no time at all and I’m just going to Plate these up I love to.
Have this on like a Friday night or Saturday night just finger food and I make it fun my my husband loves it my kid loves it I sometimes pair these with the air fryer buffalo chicken wings and they’re just really tender they’re crispy and you know you’re getting good ingredients really really simple ingredients no gluten nothing that you.
Have to be concerned out sometimes I make a full meal out of it by pairing it with the wings and some sort of starch there’s Murasaki sweet potatoes and some broccoli and some wings until next time your life matters what you do it matters so what will you Steward well
