Hi guys I’m n cooking Twi right now I’m eating some fresh mozzarella that we’re soon going to be putting on this cauliflower crust pizza that we haven’t made yet and right now I’m going to pay the cheese tax cheese she’s waiting for the cheese you waiting for the cheese are you waiting for the cheese can I this uh May.

Half of that she says I just waiting for my cheese tags oh she missed it she never misses okay okay let’s get cooking the pizza and typically we do everything organic huh but we couldn’t do it organic because it’s so expensive and a lot of times they don’t have like cauliflower.

Crust and we’re not that fancy yet so someday maybe we will be but we’re not that fancy just yet so what we’re going to to do come on what are we going to do so we took our crust out this one is glutenfree and dairy free and probably everything free okay but that’s okay we’re going to move this to the.

Side she’s watching you very very closely okay now some now is that sauce what is it say it’s tomato paste paste is a little sweeter it’s not sauce but it’s a paste yeah there you go tomato paste the can to the side too and that the tomato paste is also organic not everything we’re using today is.

Really thick when it melts super thick I like thick put it right on top of that box you know what I’m going to crack it into like halfes and stuff so it’s not too thick very good buddy ah you know what I’m cracking it into little pieces close the dress really.

Pizza if I put that on no it’s good stuff it’s just kale and cashews and basil cashews and pesto well not basil is pesto but yeah it’s actually really good now they used to have this in um this used to come in um organic but I don’t see that it’s organic anymore they stopped doing it like a couple of months ago I don’t I don’t know why mommy we.

Potassium so I totally did not miss there I don’t I don’t understand I don’t know what a regular pizza has as far as carbs are concerned this one says 28 yes so I’m going to pick this up cuz this is really big put here there put some over here okay so in comparison I’m just looking here’s.

Um Regular white rad right okay I’m done with the Madel I’m gonna and it’s saying here really quick see let me get let me get let me see if we can get off my arm okay carbs are 16 G um and the protein is like 3 G and sodium I guess is something you have to watch there’s actually a lot more sodium in this cauliflower crust than there is.

In the bread I I’m not sure um maybe that’s okay for some people that’s okay but that’s looking looking good I’ll throw this away cuz it’s empty yes now we used again there was no organic Mozel usually we do like a buffalo Mozel the Buffalo milk is a little bit better it’s got a little encapsulation I have to use this no you don’t you don’t have to.
