Craft Your Own Luck with St. Paddy’s Gluten-Free Irish Pizza

We have leftover corn beef and cabbage what are we going to do well there’s the obvious choice we’re going to make reubin M we’re going to make Irish tacos we’re going to make Irish quesadillas and we’re going to make uh Irish eggs benedict but tonight we’re going to be making uh gluten-free pizzas I got two.

Gluten-free pizza across in this box plain one’s going to be a corn beef and cabbage pizza and the other one’s going to be a Reuben Pizza uh first thing leftovers uh nobody’s going to eat these potatoes so I’m going to whip them up and add a little uh a little horseradish cream sauce to them and they’re going to be very tasty they’re very buttery.

They’re in the sauce so I’m going to go ahead and whip those up I got some uh Cary gold Irish cheese I got vintage doubler and I have uh Irish swiss cheese uh both of these are from Cary gold and I’m going to shred those up and I’m going to use that as the cheese on top of my pizzas so uh the Reuben Pizza will obviously be uh a thousand island.

Sauerkraut base um then with the cheese and then with the corn beef on top and the corn beef and cabbage Pizza is going to be the mashed potato horseradish base on top of it like a sauce like a whipped sauce and then the cheese mix and then corn beef and cabbage on top so it’s going to be delicious so let’s go ahead get.

Started start with this right here I’m just going to blend this up until this is whipped so this is all those potatoes that were in there and I’m going to blend these up until These are nice and creamy uh I might want to add some uh some of the juice from my corn beef and cabbage or actually I think I’m going to.

Add some um I got some half and half so I got my uh horseradish sauce I’m going to add that in there all right there’s a bunch of that this is a beaver horseradish sauce oldfashioned Deli I got some uh some half and half pour some of that in.

There I want this to be nice and creamy whipped potatoes these are those red potatoes that were in my uh you can find my corn beef and cabbage recipe uh on YouTube to these were the red Irish potatoes that were cooked in a Crock pop with the uh corn beef it’s getting nice and creamy.

Now and these are these mashed potatoes will be so good you know just the way they are I can put some cabbage in it make it easy C put some bacon bits in it actually I think I might do that I’m going to turn this into a ccan.

So I’m going to put some cabbage in there this is the leftover cabbage blend that up and I got some uh bacing bits go put some of those in there add it all scoop up all these sides here oh this.

Looking good I think a little more heavy cream I wanted a little I want it a little uh more puree than it is currently so let’s go ahead smells good just let this run for a bit I’m not going to use all of this I mean this is great for leftovers I’ll just heat this up in the microwave and and speed it all up but this is going to.

Be my uh cor beef and cabbage uh Pizza it’s going to have a nice coating of these potatoes and then uh the cheese and then cor beef stick in the oven cook it just like that c Canon now I don’t if you ever had Irish C Canon but that’s uh onions cabbage and bacon put into the potatoes into the with mashed potatoes so it’s.

Irishan I got my my two uh I got my two pizzas and I accidentally made this one with it off so so this is the Reuben pizza and what I did was I mixed um some sauerkraut with thousand island dressing and mixed it up and put it as a base and then I put my uh I got this um Cary gold vintage Dubliner and I have car gold Irish swiss cheese so I shredded those.

Up and mixed them up together so I got this mixture so I have my uh gluten-free pizza crust you could use any pizza crust you want this one’s a Wegman’s fretta makes a good gluten-free pizza crust too you can make pizza from scratch if you want I just I just rather use a frozen pizza crust I put on my Thousand Island sauerkraut I put on my.

Cheese I have my chopped up corn beef that was cooked it’s a um it’s a beer and horseradish mustard corn beef that was all mixed up and then I put a little uh extra sauerkraut on one side of it so that’ll get all crispy so there’s a base of sourkraut Thousand Island spread up and then this has a little bit extra um sauerkraut on top on half of it so this.

Is a Reuben pizza oh it’s going to be so good this pizza over here I have my calan that I whipped up it’s a calcan and puree look at this and I’m just going to spread that around now this had in it it’s got the red potatoes that were cooked with that beer mustard in the um corn beef in the crock pot it has cabbage all in here uh that was cooked.

With it it has um some creamy horseradish sauce and some half and half and bacon bits all puree nice little puree so here we go so I put this in here this is my base this C culan and base so I’m going to spread this around a little piece here all right so here we go I got my pizza crust with the.

Culan and potatoes a spread on it I’m going to go ahead and uh put my mixture of Dubliner and Irish swiss cheese shredded I’m going to put that on there it’s a nice mixture I had it mixed up real nice so it’s got both flavors in here I’m going to put a nice layer of that down and now I’m going to put my uh corn.

Beef that I chopped up right on top of it so this is a corn beef and cabbage C Canan Pizza corn beef and corn beef and C Canan Pizza is what we’ll call this all right and I got a little extra cheese here so I’m just going to put a little extra cheese on top just sprinkle a little bit on top of this one and then sprinkle a little bit on top of this.

One just I’m using up just the rest of the cheese that I had shredded up all right so here we go I got my two pizzas made uh this is a Reuben pizza and this is a corn beef and ccan pizza I’m going to put them in the oven uh it’s 425 for 15 minutes and we’re going to take them out and we’re going to.

Enjoy them and I’ll tell you this stuff right here you know all the time I make I make uh corn beef and cabbage and a crock pot everybody loves the corn beef and that night they’ll eat it but nobody wants the Cabbage left over nobody wants the onions left over nobody wants the potatoes left over this whipped C Canan.

Oh you heat this up I can eat this every day all day long it’s so delicious uh so what a great way to use those left over um potatoes and cabbage um that were in the crock poot you know the Cabbage gets too soggy anyways uh you know two days later so here we go let’s put this in the oven and I will uh show you what it looks like when it comes out okay our.

Pizzas came out of the oven this is our um this is our corn beef and C Canan pizza and this is our corn beef and cabbage or I mean this is our Ruben this side’s got the extra sauerkraut on top you could see uh what I was talking about is uh the sourkraut gets this nice little burnt crispy part on it if you.

Put it up on top um instead of down below so so that’s I know this side has the the side has the sauerkraut on it slice that right in half this half doesn’t this half does this is our uh corn beef and C Canan Pizza these are gluten-free remember that gluten-free.

Pizzas all right so there we go put that there I’m going to cut a piece of this sauerkraut here all right so I’m going to try the Reuben Pizza first oo it’s hot so let’s go ahead M pizza oh it’s so good.

M and really good the cheese is fantastic it’s got the uh thousand island dressing with sourkraut on it so good going to try this this little piece of this is the caanan this is uh corn beef and caanan pizza m m I like this one better they’re both.

Good obviously this is like a Reuben this one is so good those buttery potatoes with the the cabbage and the bacon really top top shelf so go ahead and try these yourself
