hey girl welcome to week two of me trying out this glutenfree diet so if you guys don’t know I started my whole weight loss Journey here on my YouTube channel at 200 lb and at the start of this week I weighed 167 lb and girl by the end of this week you might be shocked.

Ready because I have a meeting at church I’m going to be a sponsor yes we love that you guys I’m going to have a god daughter slay so this morning I woke up weighing 166 lb and yesterday I weighed 167 now if you watched my first video you guys would know that I just came back from a mini road trip with my.
Family so I was having a lot of gluten-free chips gluten-free pasta I’m saying that as if me having gluten-free chips and gluten-free pasta is like something new it’s not new I have been having chips and pasta sorry I’m just a girl so yeah girl a lot of exciting things are going to be.
Happening this week I’m currently waiting for our new fridge and stove to come in Hallelujah because this past week I’ve been making all my pasta dishes in a little tiny little burner stove I will never take my stove for granted again so for those of you who don’t know I started my weight loss Journey at 200 lb.
And now I currently weigh 166 lb I’m in a weight loss Plateau earlier this year I weighed 155 lb I ended up gaining that weight back it creeps up on you it’s a long story I honest to God don’t know how that happened I blinked and all of a sudden I’m 10 lbs heavier hey girl I’m.
Back okay am I not look like I went anywhere but trust me I did they delivered the stove and the fridge I’m so incredibly excited and just feeling amazing right now just knowing I can make my my own food on stove you’re probably thinking like Natalie literally or you make girls Posta get it.
Together you’re right so anyway girl I can’t believe that’s all I have left okay I just applied my bronzing drops and I just filmed a YouTube short so if you guys are curious go check on my YouTube short I’m really loving these bronzing drops it’s just making me feel tanned and like cute and healthy you.
Know everything I’m trying to be in real life so let’s talk about my eating habits yes I do consume copious amounts of pasta I’m aware it’s a problem I know I know if anybody in this world knows it’s this girl right here and it’s just so easy and I just like it it just so yummy and it’s the sauce is great I’m not helping my case at all I.
Really could consume it every single day for the rest of my life if somebody said you can only have one meal for the rest of your life I without hesitation would be 1,000% okay with just having pasta every single day of my life and it won’t be a punishment for me honest to God it would be like a paradise a sanctuary if you guys saw my other video of me trying.
Out the Lean Cuisine diet for a week I literally had pasta every single day just trying to lose weight you guys it it’s it’s it’s a problem you have a problem with your pasta consumptions but you’re cute no oh my gosh you can literally see the bronzing drops on my neck I just want to be bronzed I really need to.
Speed it up here I’m going a little too slow oh my goodness you guys I didn’t even say one of the most important things about this week my boyfriend is going to be taking me to the gym El gynasium we are going to be going back to the gym you guys and not only are we going back to the gym but my boyfriend is planning out a fullblown workout.
Routine that’s a big pimple that is huge yesterday I put a heat compress on it now she’s now she’s here she’s full-blown she’s trying to escape which is what we want oh my goodness we have to engage in full-blown blast mode I’ve never gone full blast I don’t want to start now but I might have to full blasting.

Was feeling less bloated and yada yada yada what have you that’s all fine and dandy I do feel less bloated however there’s something in the air this week something feels odd something feels different I don’t feel as super funny for GL just snatched as I did last week I don’t feel super snatched this week and then I checked my flow app turns out.

Look at me being all inspirational no but I’m being serious um they are so different but yet so same in the same ways and such as that yes if you’re also on a weight loss Journey if you’re also gluten-free just know you’re not alone and life is worth living and you can do.
Anything that you site your mind to except transform into a fish and and become a fully underwater breather that that will take some time some Evolution so basically now all I need to do is my mascara and my lip comboo Okay this is the final look I literally had no time to do my hair I wanted to curl it I had good intentions.
It didn’t end up working out today maybe I should curl these front pieces okay I curled these front pieces slay n well if it isn’t me.
Versus 165 I feel like I’ve weighed 165 lbs for at least 8 days out of this entire experience I’m not sure if it’s exactly 8 days I do need to go back and you know do the gr math but it feels like it oh my gosh but maybe things will change now that I’m going to the actual gym you guys yesterday was my first time going.
Back to the gym gy it went well it went well my boyfriend has this whole workout routine set up for me so it’s nice not having to plan out what workout I should be doing that day I think being on this diet is just kind of like a trust the process moment I put my hair in a braid because I don’t I yesterday I put it up in a ponytail I didn’t really like it I.
Like having my hair down I have a new pimple that’s coming in and I just don’t know what’s going on I have never gotten this many pimples like within the short amount of time ever but I’m also going to get my period so that’s probably why I’m getting these pimp so yeah my boyfriend and I were going to go work out today and then afterwards we’re.
Going to go and eat and we’re probably going to go to the shops or something it’s going to be super cute fun and for delicious moment we’re going to see where the day takes this girl I’m feeling a little bit like catniss everan this is the rare Beauty lip stain in the shade happy so yesterday as you guys saw I did have.
A salad from Jason’s Deli and I also had a coffee and I had some gluten-free pasta and you guys sometimes when I wake up the next day and I weigh the same or I weigh 165 lbs I kind of think to myself you know what if I just had the salad yesterday you know what if I didn’t have the gluten-free pasta would I weigh 164.
Today and so in my mind you know I ate pretty well yesterday like I had a salad I had coffee I had the gluten-free pasta and I still weigh the same and you know maybe it’s because my period’s coming up or maybe I’m just like gaslighting myself into thinking like oh girls just rep pared I don’t know and then again maybe it’s the protein thing maybe I.
Just need to eat more protein I’ve tried different protein bars but you guys know like sometimes protein bars just don’t hit like they’re just they’re not good and if something’s not good you’re not going to eat it you know what I mean so I don’t know girl I just need to find some form of protein Source that’s just going to get me through it because.
I think the only thing that I’m missing is the protein intake but yeah girl I am ready my boyfriend is on his way and we’re going to go to the gym and I’ll see you guys in a bit oh my goodness I weigh 163 lbs girl oh my goodness everybody.

Going to the gym in a row I don’t know when our day off is going to be I’m kind of scared to ask but we’re going to get through it I did not expect to hit 163 so soon even when I was walking down the stairs my mom looks at me and she says oh my gosh like you’re literally disappearing I’m like stop it I don’t.
Want to go away but she said that I was looking Slimmer and it’s like what girl yesterday my boyfriend and I we went to the gym and I was intrigued by this tire and I was thinking like oh I can like flip it it’s going to be cute like it’s going to be fun like I discovered that I really like doing exercises that can also be viewed as a game so for example.
Me flipping this tire a couple of times like that it sounds like a fun game to me there’s also this other machine that I want to try at the gym it’s where you’re on this little platform and you’re doing pull-ups but the little platform is kind of helping you like go up and complete a pullup I really want to do that because that sounds like fun.
Yesterday we also did squats and lunges and they were brutal the first day I tried to do some lunches and also some quad focused exercises literally could not do it like my legs were wobbling like I could not but yesterday was a lot better so let’s talk about diet really quick yesterday I had a coffee I had a Celsius I had a salad and I also had a.
Yogurt you guys that Santa Fe chicken salad was bomb it was so delicious so that’s what I had yesterday maybe the key is salads but I need to not get too ahead of myself because yesterday when my boyfriend and I when were’re also at HB we were talking about my diet and how like my protein intake isn’t as good as it should be and my boyfriend was.
Basically saying that if I eat the right amount of protein every day then it would be a lot easier for my body to shed the weight that is unnecessary I’m excited girl let’s see where this goes oh my goodness you guys yesterday when we were at the gym I was flipping that tire right and my boyfriend suggested that he takes a video of me.
Like doing that exercise and I thought you know what sure let’s do it I was shook because I hardly ever take full body videos of myself you know what I mean so that was a shock um that’s what I look like out in the wild I should probably do that more often I should take more videos of myself so that I know exactly what I look like because I was like that’s me.
