today on no problem vegan we are having homemade gluten-free enchiladas made with almond and kazaba flour it’s stuffed with shredded King oyster mushrooms and topped with v life cheese we bake the enchiladas for about 20 minutes we accompanied this dish with guacamole lemon rice with carrots.
Himalayan pink salt cumin seeds mustard seeds and lemon juice and also a side of air fried bananas the mushrooms were seasoned with basil rosemary sage smoked paprika Himalayan pink salt and black pepper along with some vegan shredded cheese this dish exceeded my expectations it was hearty and comforting.
