To find it in any store. I’m not sure, but I usually buy it from Amazon. So, I’m going to use 3 and 1/2 cup of a cup of flour, one cup of milk, uh one egg, 3 tablespoon sugar, a teaspoon and a quarter salt, and two and 1/2 teaspoon of yeast. So, I sifted half a cup of.
Flour and I put the uh two teaspoon and a half of dry yeast. And I’m just going to mix them together like this. And this is the egg wash that I’m going to use at the end when I finish uh with the dough, shaping the dough. So, I’m going to take my warm one cup warm milk and I’m going to pour it over. Once it becomes bubbly, you can.
Use it right away to add the rest of the ingredients. So, again, this is into the buns. I’m going to start working with the the rest of the ingredient. I’m going to um have one egg. I need not entire three cups of flour. Remember.
I do half the cup. And now I’m adding the three cups that’s on the side. So, I’m just adding regularly onto the ice. We end up using the three and 1/2 uh cups that were measured um for this recipe. This is my glutenfree uh dough after I left it to.
Rise. Here you go. It’s not going to be the same as the uh regular gluten flour. So, I’m going to take it and I’m going to add 3 tablespoon of melted butter. And then I’m going to start kneading it with hand. And then after that I’m going to start.
uh shaping it into um circles bun circles. So I’m after I knead the two after I added the 3 tablespoon of melted butter now I’m going to divide it into portions. So this is I just want to show you how to shape it. Just I I shaped two already. Now I.

Since I left my bunch to rise, I’m going to start to give it an egg wash. And then it’s option if you want to keep it plain or if you want to add.
