Transcript: The Secrets to Making Gluten Free Bread Effortlessly

Over the previous months even years I’ve had a significant number of requests from followers asking me for a gluten-free bread recipe well I didn’t have one so this week I’ve put some time aside to work up my own recipe and if I tell you seven loaves later I think I’ve come up with something that I think tastes like bread but when I looked in.

The superar market I was astounded how expensive gluten-free bread is like three times the price of a normal and then when I looked at the cell byby date it was March 2024 2 months time what’s all that about so here’s my recipe I’ll show you how I make it and it’ll be available to screenshot at the end starting with a teaspoon of sugar.

100 MLS of warm water and then I’m just going to swirl these around until the sugar dissolves add in my dried yeast give that a stir and then set that to one side for about 10 10 minutes until the yeast froths in a separate Bowl I’m going to mix together all of the dry ingredients stir well to combine and then I’ve got a one p loaf tin here and.

I’m going to um grease it I’m using lining paste but you can use butter or lad my yeast is nice and frothy now so I can add in those dried ingredients plus a tablespoon of mayonnaise and give those a stir now I’m going to add more water but I have it little by little because I want a really smooth batter and add in the water gradually make sure.

That I don’t get any lumps so give it a whisk at the end and I’ve got a lovely smooth but thick batter this can go into the tin and then the important part unlike other breads I’m going to leave this to rise in a cool place I’m going to smooth the top off put it in a cold oven and close the door and after about 30 40 minutes you can see that that.

Dough has risen to the top of the tin I leave it in the cold oven and preheat it with the bread already in and then it bakes for half an hour 45 minutes in total but if you put this dough into a preheated oven it rises unevenly and you’ll end up with big bubbles in your bread what we have is a gorgeous loaf looks like bread smells like bread Cuts.

Like bread and it tastes like bread absolutely delicious and we know exactly what’s gone into it it no Ultra processing going on here I’ve given you the recipe it’s over three pages so there’s 10 seconds allowed between each screenshot so you’ve plenty of time enjoy
