Baking first ingredients we’re going to start with is butter and our sugar and I’m going to be using my electric whisk so I’m going to put everything straight into that bowl to start off with so I need my weighing scales first of all and I’m going to put in 140 G of of both of these into here taada that’s ready to go so let’s add in the butter 140 G of.

Butter ready to go and a little face watching the butter because she wishes she could have some Okay add in the butter and I just cut it up into little chunks because it makes it easier for the mixer Lana please going to make my life easy put this in the mixer to cream it all together Nana please here is my mix and the next step what I’m going to.

Do is I’m going to add in some vanilla Essence so I literally only have a tiny drop left anyway so I’m just going to add the very last of it in and we’re going to add two eggs into this and put it on the mix again so let’s add our first egg now for the fun part you get to mash the bananas so we’re going to mash them.

All up together now I’m actually with the bananas It’s usually the more rip the banana the better the banana bread mine aren’t actually too ripe today so I hope it will turn out okay but that’s definitely a tip like you want them literally like they’re nearly about to go off and then they’ll make a really tasty banana bread that’s all mashed.

Together can’t forget to pay the banana tax this is where herself is lounging the whole time she’s actually watching me through the window I have something for you would you like a banana oh you don’t like a banana oh you do like the banana so now now add back in our mix this is how it’s looking so in there right now is butter.

Eggs and sugar so obviously what we want and why I have the weighing scales is we’re going to add in our Flour gluten-free flour of course people ask me which flour do I use this is the best I will never buy any other flour please never discontinue this this be free I think free is the brand for the gluten-free one anyway let’s get.

140 G of gluten-free flour add in a pinch of salt and most importantly add in your mashed banana right it’s all going in the electric mix I might do a bit by hand after as well depending on how the flour goes and then we get to add in our tasty chocolate chips so here’s my mix as you can see.

It’s definitely a wet mixture and just make sure all the flour is is incorporated at the bottom best part now we go add in some chocolate chips make sure they are gluten-free sometimes it’s so hard to find gluten-free chocolate chips I got these in DS in Ireland so I’m going to add in a whole bag because I want a very chocolatey chippy.

Bread is it banana bread or is it chocolate bread I guess we’ll see at the end so just give these one big mix make sure you get it all together cuz you don’t want just one layer of chocolate chips you want all the chocolate CH and then we’re going to put it in our little tin here so this is just baking paper so I’m just going to pour it in.

And then we’ll get baking so let’s see how it’s going to look all right and now here is our banana bread mix let’s put this in the oven and you’re going to actually put it in the oven for a good while like honestly I’m probably going to do it going to be 45 minutes or an hour depending on how it’s looking it’s going to start off with 45 minutes at.

180 degrees and see how we go and yeah I’ll show you the end result I’ve just taken it out of the oven it is looking really nice golden brown color I’m really excited to try it so I’m going to let it cool in the tray cuz it will hold its shape better then and then we’ll put it out on a wire tray and now we are just letting it cool out of the tin on.

The Wire tray and oh I’m really liking the look of it I cannot wait to cut it and show you all Lana is literally convinced she’s getting slice but you’re not getting a bit you’re not getting banana bread okay so a few hours later here is my banana bread it’s looking really good I love the color we’re going to cut it so I can show you the inside.

All of the chocolate chips but it was really really easy to make so let’s cut it open so here I’ve just cut a little piece to show you the inside look at those chocolate chips see that it’s not too dry which is what you want for banana bread so let’s go ahead and give this a taste test honestly I cannot wait okay I’ve just cut some more slices so I.

Wanted to show you and it’s really good holding together for glutenfree but look at that oh my god let’s give it a taste sometimes you just need to not worry about the insulin and just have a bit of banana bread when it’s a rainy Saturday so oh it smells so good it’s really strong banana smell just want to show you up close how it’s looking so you can.

See it’s definitely holding its shape but it isn’t dry at all and it’s really very tasty and a lot of chocolate chips so excited to try it so here we go oh so good I feel like it would even be great without the chocolate chips now this isn’t my first time making this I’ve made this loads of times and it’s like.

Our favorite thing and it’s really good it’s kind of easy enough to make kind of just put everything together so I’m going to go enjoy the rest of this it’s a nice easy gluten-free banana bread recipe to make on a rainy day or when you have some bananas that are about to go off hope you like the video if you do please give it a big thumbs up comment.
