I’m going to make an appetizer this is uh prudo wrapped around mozzarella cheese I’m going to do this in a pan and then I got some field mix with a rugula and baby uh Swiss Shard and spinach put a little balsamic look at a little balsamic vinegar glaze so I’m going to pop that over the top of this field mix.
There you go that’s on there just enough to give it just a little flavor I’m not I’m not trying to douse it or overdo I got some roasted uh red pepper strips you going to put that on there just put them right on there like this no big deal that’s that’s good just like that get out of.
There maybe one more so I was out to dinner on Valentine’s Day and this was an appetizer they had at the uh at Bonito an Italian restaurant so here I got a little uh a little basting oil with garlic flavored oil with Italian seasoning so you got to shake it up to get all the seasoning out you going to.
Drop that in a pan oops it’s a lot I mean it’s good enough all right so this is lit all right I got I got that Lit I use any old spatula this one’s fine spread that basting oil around this is uh extra virgin olive oil with Italian seasoning and garlic flavor get that nice and.
Hot and then then I’m going to drop my Pudo my cheese Pudo in there and when it’s all done cooking I’m going to throw a little cheese on top melt on top of it make it a little extra cheesy okay I could I could hear this sizzling so this is ready to roll all right so now I just got to put my Pudo in here and I just got to cook it just.
Like bacon flip it on one side flip it over the other side and then it goes right on my my field mix with the ruga baby squ over there all right so this Pursuit off just like bacon nice and Patty that’s what we’re.

It all right you want this cheese to outelt Quick you just go like this put a little water in there cover it up and the cheese will just melt right down the top of it there you go that’s what it looks like take this off we place it right on top oh it’s hot.
Hot hot place it right on top of our field mix in our roasted red peppers with the balsamic vinegar so we just put that on there and there we go we got our nice little appetizer you can break this up a little bit so people can pick it apart a little easier look at that we got some sizzled.
