Cottage Cheese Cookie Dough:
– 1 cup cottage cheese
– 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
– 2/3 cup almond flour (I used 1 cup)
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup
– 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions:
1. Blend all ingredients except chocolate chips in a food processor until smooth and the consistency is like cookie dough.
2. Put dough in a container and then stir in chocolate chips.
3. Keep in the refrigerator.

well hello there I’m chrisy and welcome to my kitchen all right guys so today I’m making a recipe using cottage cheese now I don’t know if you have noticed but cottage cheese recipes are just blowing up they’re everywhere uh I actually made a cottage cheese fudge last summer it was more like a pudding but it was still.

Really tasty but today I am making a cottage cheese edible cookie dough I have been seeing this recipe everywhere and I have wanted to give it a try and today is the day I’m so so excited now if you are looking for keto friendly recipes you’re watching your carbs then this one might be a good one for you it is high in protein protein because of.

The ingredients that you’re using of course your cottage cheese is high in protein but you will also need a protein powder and the protein powder that I have here I got it at Walmart it’s uh Purely Inspired as the brand it’s organic um plant-based vegan friendly dairyfree gluten-free uh so it’s just a good.

Quality protein powder and then I have the rest of the ingredients here that I will go over with you as I make it uh and I will leave you the full recipe in the description box below but we’ve got to get started because it’s that time guys time to get cooking all right so you will need one cup of cottage cheese just going to place it in my food.

Wet I followed the recipe sometimes you just have to play with things guys until you get the consistency that you want but I’m going to put so that was I don’t that was actually probably close to a cup of the almond flour that’s looking more like.

It all right so now I’m going to uh place this dough mixture in a bowl the consistency is definitely more like cookie dough now so the last thing I’m going to add is some mini chocolate chips I’m just using regular semisweet chocolate chips but if you wanted to um lower the sugar even.

More you could get the Lily brand and I’m going to add a four of a cup all right then I’m just going to mix these chocolate chips into my cookie dough and look at this guys doesn’t this look like chocolate chip cookie dough all right so the moment I’ve been waiting for I’m going to try this cookie dough oh yeah oh my.

Goodness that is unbelievable that straight up tastes like chocolate chip cookie dough I even wonder how you could how you can make them like little individual portions is what I’m thinking I wonder if you added even more almond flour you could maybe possibly roll them into.
