hey guys welcome back so in today’s video I’ll show you how to make carrot Fufu carrot Fufu is very healthy it is low carb it is Rich and healthy yeah so I’ll be using three carrots the first thing I’ll do is I’m going to peel off the skin of the carrots you you can use the uh other one if that’s what you have.

After peeling them so that uh they are very very clean so the next thing I’ll do is I’m going to shop the carrot okay into tiny uh shapes like this okay so that my uh blender will be able to blend them easily all right so if your blender is very very uh if it’s a very strong one you can chop them very very big okay you can also add more carrot if uh if.
You want also you don’t have to use three carrot just because I’m using three it depends on what you really want okay guys I make it make it no I bring it to your notice after I the carrot into the blender I’ll add little water make sure to add little water don’t add too much water okay so.
I’ll uh blend it all right so this water is just to allow the blender to be able to blend the carrot very very well so make sure you blend your carrot very very smooth okay we want a very smooth uh texture of Fufu sty so the next thing I’ll do is I’m going to pour the carrot already Blended.
Carrot into a pot and yeah so I just added little water to get out the remaining carrot that’s inside the blender and I will allow this uh carrots to boil very well all right so I’m going to put on the flame and I’ll allow the carrot to boil when the carrots is boiled the next thing I’ll do is I’ll add my flour so I’m going to be using.
