hey there Auntie Jen here and today I’m going to show you how to make Auntie Jen’s gluten-free hamburger soup it’s super easy super delicious and I think you’ll really like it so let’s get started on it these are all the food items you’ll need.
To make Auntie Jen’s gluten-free hamburger soup okay first thing we’re going to do to make aune Jen’s hamburger soup is we’re going to put some olive oil in our skilles just enough to keep the hamburger from sticking so where’s.
Just going to put a little bit in there we may have to add more later but right now for my Jug’s about empty we we just got a little bit in there we’re going to turn our burner on we’re going to turn it on to about seven and let that get a little warm it don’t have to be too warm we can go ahead and put our hamburger in at.
Any point I just like to get it all over the Skillets bottom if I can okay that’s probably good enough all right now we’re going to add our hamburger and this is the grass-fed organic ground beef and it’s really good so we’re going to put this in here.
Okay get in the corner all right now I’m going to wash my hands because I’ve touched this hamburger package and I’ll be right back okay we’re back our hamburgers already started to fry just a little bit while I was washing my hands and what we want to do is you probably w’t put some salt on your.
Hamburger just salt it to whatever taste that you like on your salt I like to quite a bit of salt on my hamburger I’ll probably salt it a little more here in just a minute too but then we’re going to take our little um drainer spoon and we’re going to start chopping up the hamburger mix.
And you can make this hamburger in chunks as small or as big as you like just remember though that the bigger the meat chunks the more you have to fry it so just to get it done which probably don’t want it so thin that it’s just like a pin head size you don’t want to do that you want to have a little bit of Chunk but uh always.
Make sure that you get it the way you want it there okay I’ve got that chopped up a little bit I’m going to add just a little more salt and since that started frying now I’m going to turn my burner down to about the five level so we don’t burn her hamburger meat and while that’s.
Cooking we’re going to add our veile original uh this is the 7 in1 mixed vegetables no salt added now there’s another version of this veg J and it is not the no salt added and to me it has some questionable ingredients that could contain gluten so make sure that you get the no salt added and always read your ingredients okay so we’re going to use.
Three cans of this V all we going to put it in our pan here for our pot okay and then we’re going to turn our large burner on high so we’re going to let this start to uh boil while our hamburgers cooking all right we’re going to check this out just a little bit more and we’ll be back in just a minute and watch this tip while we’re doing that.
And we’ll see you in just a moment okay our hamburger meat’s been frying a few minutes it’s frying a little slower than I want it to so I’m going to turn up the heat just a little bit to about six so it’ll start frying a little bit faster so we’ll try it on that you can see it’s starting to get a little.
Brown okay our uh veggies are starting to Bubble a little bit so we’re going to take our Ladle and stir them up just a little bit just to mix them around make sure they get heated through and through so I’m going to stir it just a little bit M it’s starting to smell good M okay s that around a little bit.
We’re going to fry our hamburger till it gets a little bit Browner and I’ll be back in just a minute okay our veggies as you can see are coming to they have come to a bubbly boil so it’s getting done faster than my hamburger so I’m going to reduce this heat down to about three just to keep it warm until our hamburger gets done so.
We’re going to do that and we’ll stir it around a little more just to get that heat even out through the veggies all right now let’s check our hamburger it’s still frying a little slower than I want so I’m going to turn it back up to seven see if we can’t get it done a little bit faster without.
Burning it you may have to turn it back down a little bit it starts to burn and it sounds like it is frying a little a little too fast so I am going to turn it back down a little bit okay as soon as our hamburger gets done it’ll be ready to go into our pot and as.
Soon as this gets done I’ll be back right with you okay our hamburger is trying to stick to the bottom of our pan so that means we need to add a little bit more olive oil not quite the hamburger is not quite done yet so we want to make sure we keep that from sticking so let’s add just a probably another tablespoon of olive oil.
In there s it around a little you can see it’s kind of trying to stick to the bottle so we want to make sure we get that loose before it gets too burp and I’m just taking the edge of my spoon and kind of scraping the bottom of the skillet to get the part that got stuck off off of.
There and I’m going to add probably another tablespoon cuz it still looks dry so let’s do that too okay probably about two tablespoon okay that should get us free to the final process it’s starting to Brown pretty good so we’re getting there we don’t we don’t like much.
More being done just keep stirring it around so it don’t stick to the bottom if you if it starts to do this and just take your the bottom your spoon and scrape up anything that’s trying to stick you see it’s getting Brown starting to get there.
I want to cut into one of my bigger chunks and see if it looks done in the inside there make sure I don’t see any yeah it’s getting just about time I’m going to leave it probably another minute then we’ll put it into to the pot lay around here just a little bit yeah at this point you probably want to just continously stir it till it’s done.
And you can see it’s getting pretty brown so I believe it’s about ready to go into the pot so that’s what we’re going to do next so I’m going to turn my burner off and we’re going to add this over into our veggie okay now I’m going to take my Ladle and stir this around stir the hamburger meat.
Around into the veggies just to mix it up good and you can see that’s pretty well mixed together see what I got there there okay now we’re ready to add Our tomato juice so we’re going to take this whole jug of tomato juice and put it in here and that makes about a pot full.
There okay now we’re going to stir that around into it and we’re going to turn our burner back up to high on our large going to mix it around and this soup really is delicious but now I will tell you if you have acid reflux you may want to be careful with this I have acid reflux and I can eat it in small amounts but now if I try to eat.
Too much of it it will bother me so you might want to um if you got acid reflux you may want to go easy on it not eat too much of it it time and make sure you take your medicine all right we’re going to let that come to a bowl and we’ll be stirring it occasionally so you know as.
It goes along when it starts to Bubble Up we’ll Stir It Around we’ll make sure everything gets heated through and through and it’ll be done here in just a minute so I’ll be back when it’s finished all right you can see our soup has come to a bubbly Bowl I’m going to stir it again I’ve been stirring it all along so you know you definitely want to.
Do that so it looks like it’s just about soup now this is a meal that you can cook in less than 30 minutes cuz I started at about 15 to 5 and it’s not quite 10 after 5 so it don’t take a long time to fix this either so that’s a good thing about this soup all right it’s done now so I’m going to put it in the bowl and we’ll be.
Back in a moment and I’ll show you what it look looks like all right here’s Auntie Jin’s gluten-free hamburger soup boy don’t this look delicious it smells good too and you also can serve this with like yellow cornbread that’s glutenfree so it’s.
