You going to the bathroom are you you yep yeah hi can I say hi here we are it’s a sunny beautiful day and we are enjoying the outdoors once again we had a picnic today say it we had a picnic today we had a picnic a pizza picnic and my mom brought some.
Vegetables and we stopped and got some gluten-free pizza for Kinley and regular pizza for Brady and alessie had her first bite of pizza did you have your first bite of pizza because she ate because why because she ate well yeah.
She had her first few bites of pizza all right kley you know where it is what right there sweetie okay I got him what do you see here we’re at a new place so it’s typical for Lessie to be very very timid and concerned with everything.
Around her yeah I’m here where are we we’re just traveling all over the place aren’t we what’s that light what’s that about are you curious what do you see.
Uh-oh the light blinking so we eat a lot of gluten-free food in my house when Kinley was um little and she would eat gluten we would see that she would have a reaction sometimes so it was really important that we um kind of like figured it out her reaction would mostly be stomach aches and things like that and so I realized that like.
Okay every time I give her gluten she kind kind of reacts like that so we didn’t get her tested or anything I just kind of gave her more Whole Foods and cut the gluten and um and then I saw that she was not getting stomach aches and then every so often I would reintroduce it and um it would be okay for a while but then all of a sudden.
After a few weeks she would get stomach aches again and it would just kind of be like a little bit make her tired her energy was off so then we would try gluten-free again and over and over until we realize like she really um does not like gluten it’s definitely not like Celia a or anything.
Because it’s not because she can she can handle it it’s just it makes her belly upset so why eat something if it’s making you upset so um yeah all right let’s go for a walk so sunny um so if anyone has any good gluten-free.

Just filled with ads everything is an ad everyone’s account they want to sell you something or they want to you to join their program or something like that and I really started getting sick of Instagram so I do Post once in a while there just because I think um you know I I I have family friends on that account and it’s just nice but I mean YouTube is.
So much more fun YouTube has all the things that faceb Instagram Tik Tok have um so I really there’s Brady that’s true there is an ad on YouTube but they’re different kinds of ads like they’re commercials they’re not like um they’re not it’s basically like on Instagram on YouTube if I’m like okay.
I have to find how to build a a dollhouse I can find it if I search how to build a dollhouse or something like that on Instagram what ends up popping up is like buy my thing to teach you how to build a dollhouse and it just gets frustrating because you can’t really find stuff like you used to on Instagram it’s just it’s.
