Hello and welcome back to my Channel today I’m going to share my favorite go-to gluten-free dairyfree snacks and I’ve written a blog post which I’ll leave down below which has all these ideas and more so click through for that and be sure to leave a like subscribe for more videos comment to let me know your favorite gluten-free dairyfree.

Snacks now I am not gluten-free dairyfree myself but I find for snacks I like to include a whole lot of gluten-free dairyfree snacks in our diet to kind of balance out meals they might have a bit too much gluten or dairy in it and my kids quite happily enjoy all these so these are for myself and for my kids who are teenagers now so they’ve.

Always got a bit of an appetite so I’d rather in between meals fill them up with something that’s nice and nutritious so let’s start up here I’ve got eggs I always hard boil a whole bowl full of eggs and I’ll have hardboiled eggs in the fridge always ready to go so as soon as we finish a bowl I’ll just hard boil another bowl full so that.

We’ve got hard boiled eggs to grab as a snack which is Perfect full of protein and there’s no gluten or dairy in it so they might want it like just by itself or maybe mix through a little bit of mayo um or you can put through sour cream if you can have dairy in your diet but as a dairyfree snack hard bu egg is perfect same goes for tuna one of my.

Kids will happily eat tuna straight out of the tin the can uh but I prefer mixing something through maybe a little bit of avocado to make it nice and healthy or drizzle over a little bit of extra virgin olive oil maybe a bit of spinach and make a quick salad I’ve got coconut milk over here I love making hot chocolates heat up a cup or so of this.

Coconut milk this one’s dairyfree I’ve been loving this milk lately but you can use any milk you like heat up a cup or so of your milk of choice add in a square of dairyfree chocolate and you’ve got an instant treat that is dairyfree and glutenfree too these rice cakes are gluten-free and dairy free dairy free my kids really love.

Just make sure if you are have a gluten or dairy allergy you check the nutritional panel and ingredients to be sure these are dark chocolate they are dairyfree the milk chocolate are not dairy free so just rarely check to be sure and peanut butter my kids and just like with chuno we quite happily eat peanut butter by the Spoonful or I might.

Make my peanut butter fudge melt a bit of peanut butter and some a little bit of sweetness of choice and some chocolate together and then pop it into the fridge and you’ve got fudge really super easy my kids adore these lentil chips that are gluten-free dairy free you might prefer some tortilla chips sweet potato chips they are a sometime.

Snack I get them these from Aldi and my kids absolutely love them I keep them in the pantry and then when they want a snack that’s more healthy than having potato chips then it’s a good option fruit and vegetables of course are glutenfree dairy free so I’ve got some blueberries and cucumber there and little portion of fruit sometimes just.

Kind of can keep you going until the next meal got some these blueberries they were on sale um special at ldi this week and the Cucumber too and for chocolate I know I always show my 85% but actually the 70% I also keep in my cupboard my kids like this one and it’s dairyfree too so again just always read the nutrition panel if you’re.

Gluten-free dairy free yourself to be sure but these two are dairy free and finally a bit of nuts and nice protein as well I love cashews nuts seeds you can make a bit of a trail mix of all dairy free gluten-free goodies to have as a snack when you want to to grab and goow but that is my video today with my goto gluten-free dairyfree snacks thanks.
