Hello everyone. This is “Yuka”, the life of a coffee shop couple. Today, I’m going to drive by myself and take a look at the cityscape of Hiroshima. I borrowed this car from my mother today. I love driving, and I can’t help it. I’ve already finished my errands this morning, but I’m going to go to the tax office and so on. Um… Well, once in a while, I try to relax a little by myself. I’m taking a video because I want to be able to capture something like that. I’m currently passing through a place called Yokogawa Station in Hiroshima. I’ve fixed the camera to prevent it from shaking as much as possible, but Hiroshima is a city where many small trains pass through, so I’m passing over the railroad tracks. It will shake. So I thought I’d go to a juice shop for the first time in a while.If Mr. Chen wasn’t there, my old blood would be a little noisy. I don’t mean it in a weird way. I used to really love shopping. That’s why I sometimes get anxious as soon as I’m alone. So, first of all, I think I’ll go get some juice! ! This is a very narrow road that Hiroshima’s trains pass through. Can you see everyone?.
The train is stopped next to it. I’m taking this route. I feel like there used to be a juice shop around here. (Lost child) The first time I went to that juice shop was when I was in high school. It’s a shop that makes juices on the spot. Add vegetables, fruits, and spices. Then, they will mix it up and make it for you. Well, that’s delicious. Check the right side! ! Oh, the left? I had plans to go to the ward office today… I thought I’d just relax and drink some juice, but I arrived right away, so there’s still plenty left. Well, I guess you can enjoy it for a long time. It’s over, it’s over. It ended so quickly. So the juice is still cold! It’s not lukewarm! Delicious… I drove around for a bit and the river was really beautiful. Also, I love wasabi, but the wasabi here is uncolored. They are really particular about it. I’ll enjoy having this! First up is miso soup with clams. This miso seems to be made using soybeans grown naturally without the use of pesticides. That’s amazing.
I think I’ll drink it all before the sushi comes! It’s really great to be here again. (Let’s take a photo) It looks like they use naturally grown rice from Okayama Prefecture. You can learn a lot because the details are displayed on the touch panel. It’s fun to eat while looking at the details. The sushi chef “Engawa Demasu” is here! As I said earlier, my favorite sushi is “engawa”! ! Salmon. (This is salmon that has not been transported frozen.) I’ll eat it.
With this fresh, uncolored wasabi. I feel like the rice is just barely connected and isn’t gripped too tightly. (Chuck) It feels like it has been chewed properly. It has a crunchy part and is delicious. thank you! ! And “Flounder Engawa.” It said it was only available today, so I ordered it. (Second engawa today) And raw octopus. The chef who made the sushi will carefully bring it to your seat. It has that kind of caring feeling , and the staff’s atmosphere is also very nice.
