Deliciously Chewy: Gluten-Free Brazilian Cheese Bread
Hello my friends and I’ve had a lot of people asking me to make a recipe that’s gluten-free so I have this really really delicious Brazilian cheese bread that I thought I’d show you how to make and it happens to be gluten-free so let’s get to it I’m just going to make um six individual uh muffin like breads today but you can double this if you’ve got a.
Big crowd so we’re going to start with three4 of a cup of tapioca flour which is the same as tapioca starch go ahead and add that into the bowl try not to make a mess you know sometimes I do that just saying and we’re going to add to that 1/4 of a teaspoon of kosher salt and 1/4 of a teaspoon of baking powder so we’re going to put those all in first.
Then we’re going to add in 2 tbspoon of uh sunflower oil sunflower oil that’s right sunflower oil one4 of a cup of whole milk and one egg one egg there we go we’re going to start with that and we’re going to blend this baby up once we have that all Blended together you’re.
Going to take 2 tbspoon of grated Parmesan cheese and carefully start to mix that in together and then we’re going to add in 1/2 cup of of shredded mozzarella 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella and we’re going to add that in and mix the salt together and um your batter is going to be on the thinner side um but it’ll kind of get.
Thicker when you add the cheese in but it’s still going to be on the thin side once it’s all Blended you want to get a muffin tin now you can line it with paper uh or silicone liners if you’d like or you can just grease them like I did and now you want to put um put it the batter in equally into each one of your little muffin cups here.
And we’re going to put these in the oven at 350° for 20 minutes and they should be done and we’re going to do a taste test of course we will so I’ll see you when it’s time for the taste test all righty so this is Brazilian cheese bread and I’ve got a Brazilian blowout there you go blow it out baby m.
They pretty good so I wasn’t going to tell you but these are actually glutenfree usually GL gluten-free doesn’t taste so great you know but these are good it’s definitely sorry for the smacking but they’re like nice and chewy yeah m.
Y like a I was expecting like a cheddar biscuit like like hard like and like chees flavoring like chees it yeah but this is no I like it’s like chewy and cheesy and yeah these are good yeah and I you’d never know these are gluten-free and if you could make them if you made them with like and I only used one egg in the whole.
Thing if you could like substitute the egg for like an egg substitute if you were vegan everything else in it would make them vegan and gluten-free if I was gluten-free I’m sure the the bottom no offense Mom I’m sure it could be a little more smooth a little more perfected this one’s a little better if.
It were me and I was gluten-free make the sandwich with this use this as a for a breakfast sandwich or really any sandwich but yeah or you can make it like a loaf instead of those muffins and then slice it like bread and use it really good yeah this is a winner guys if you’re you know got a gluten allergy.
Whatever Celiac whatever the issue is this might even just in general be lower carb maybe than oh oh yeah I would think so cuz it’s it’s tapioca flour so even if you’re just trying to cut on the carbs M delish guys just saying delish make them.
