Hi welcome to my kitchen my name is Amanda and today I’m going to be making glutenfree CRA and dried cranberry oatmeal chocolate chunk cookies I made them like a week or two ago for my family and they were such a big hit I’m going to go ahead and make them again and show you how easy it is to make so let’s go ahead and get started here is.

Everything that I going to be using I’m going to be using brown sugar all ingredients from Farmers we know glutenfree oatmeal Ocean Spray Craisins dried cranberries King Arthur glutenfree flour measure for measure flour it’s one of my favorites that I love to use salt white chocolate chips eggs butter.

Baking soda and then a bowl uh measuring cups measuring spoons um hand mixer and a little bowl to melt some butter in so let’s go ahead and get started okay so first we’re going to start off by setting the oven to 300 75° next we are going to need 2/3 cups of melted butter all right I have 2/3 cup of.

Butter and we’re going to go ahead and melt it in the microwave for a minute all right so we’re going to go ahead and take our melted butter 2/3 of melted butter and we’re going to go ahead and pour it into our bowl next we’re going to need 2/3 cup of brown sugar all right now we’re going to go.

Ahead and mix this together we’re going to go ahead and add two eggs now we’re going to go ahead and mix these together now we need 1 and 1/2 cups of gluten-free oat milk now we need 1 and 1/2 cups of glutenfree measure for measure flour and I am using King Arthur.

Brand now we need 1 teaspoon of baking soda we need a/ teaspoon of salt and we’re going to go ahead and mix all this together now now we going to need one cup of Craisins now we need 2/3 of white chocolate chips oopsie little extra does not hurt going to go ahead and mix all this together.

Also don’t forget to remove all that good cookie dough from the blades I have my baking sheet out and I’m going to be using aluminum foil you can use parchment paper I love using aluminum foil most of the time with my cookies for some reason I find that they rise nicely on it I’m going to spray some baking.

Spray going be using a spoon to scoop and I like to do them into little balls and then just place them down you can flatten them if you’d like but I love it to where they’re just in the ball shape and I’m going to try to make them all around the same size key word try.

Okay so we’re going to go ahead and get these in the oven and we’re going to bake them for 10 to 12 minutes and I have the oven set for 375 so let’s get these in I’m going to set my timer for 10 minutes and then we’ll check on it then so see you guys in 10 minutes so the timer will be up soon and we will.

Check to see if we’re going to do another 2 minutes on it and then we will let them cool before we remove them from the cookie sheet so let’s go ahead and see where we are at with the timer we have 12 more seconds to go it smells really good and so once they’re done baking and cooled my son and I were going to have.

Some cookies and do story time so right now oh it is up okay let’s check on them I’m going to give it one more minute they look really nice so we’ll wait one more minute and then I’ll take them out and let them cool and then I’ll move them to a plate so I will see you guys guys back in a.

Minute okay it’s almost a minute there’s a few more seconds there it is O these look really good let me show you all right so I’m going to let them cool I’m going to set my time up for 5 minutes and then once that’s up then I’m going to remove them and put them on a plate yum.

Look how tasty those look okay it has now been 5 minutes and we’re going to go ahead and move the cookies to the plate see and you want this nice golden brown color when you bake it it’s going to be perfect now you could use a cooling rack to let these cool down but it’s one less.

Thing right now for me to clean today so I just decided to go ahead and put them on the plate if I was doubling this size then yes I would definitely use the cooling rag all right so now we’re going to go ahead and use the rest of the cookie dough up and get those in the oven and you don’t even need to respray the.

Bottom of the the cookie sheet oh these are going to be so tasty now these ones are a little bit fairly larger so I’m probably going to put these in the oven for 12 minutes just want to make sure I use up all this batter here it is gluten-free so you know gluten-free stuff can be a little pricey so I want to make sure I get it.

All let me grab a spatula real fast all that goodness I just scraped up all right let’s find the smallest cookie I see two so I’m going to equally distribute that and roll them into those ahead and get these last ones in the oven I’m going to set it for 12 minutes okay so we’re to try a cookie would you like to try.

One this one okay good mhm they’re really good you like it you like the white chocolate in it yeah yeah okay so they are really tasty we’re going to go pick out a book and we’re going to have a cookie so the other batch is still cooking in the oven.

But thank you for watching and I hope you guys have a great day please subscribe we have lots more yummy treats and great things coming
