Plant-Based Perfection: Aldi Haul [2024] for Dairy-Free and Gluten-Free Goodies

so I popped into Aldi into Kroger and into Publix this week just to pick up some of the Staples that I like to get from those particular stores so let me show you what I got um we’ve got some things like chicken breasts and chicken sausage and things like that check out my other s on Aldi where I share all the.

Prices which these prices have not changed much just since last week I’m just scanning everything in just packing up all of my things and then I’m going to show you every single thing that I got so here’s an overview of some of the things that I got from these three stores I’m going to start with these apples cuz I actually had my husband pop.

It and get these from Sam’s it was six bucks for that giant bag of organic apples I picked up some zucchini that was like $1.99 um some brussel sprouts very very easy to roast those and have them as a side we love potatoes in this house so I got some for baking and also some for putting in things like soup and for.

Roasting so that’s what I like the yellow skin potatoes for cuz I just scrub them and just cooked them I picked up their pineapples because they were on sale for $1.79 and also this mini bag of H avocados was $2.29 in my local Aldi this week which is a phenomenal price my son loves those just smashed up some red.

Onions and some garlic I picked up some bananas and then this is my husband’s absolute favorite the ingredients are actually really decent and this is the mint dark chocolate and they’re individual bars in there this I picked up from Publix I had never had these before and I actually made some little Burger sliders with these but I am going.

To tell you that is a sweet roll and it is better for sweet applications these are phenomenal these are Coco June and these are dairyfree yogurt I picked those up at my local Kroger and the ingredients are fantastic there’s not any crazy thickeners in there or rice and the sugars are actually really low for a yogurt they.

Actually taste phenomenal I was shocked because I feel like I’ve gone through every dairyfree yogurt there is this is the bonsa spaghetti I make that every week it’s just a bean pasta some shredded lettuce this comes in handy to just throw on top of some tacos as well as these ingredients are not perfect but they are pretty decent the price is only.

$3.79 here’s the ingredients and this is just a dairyfree cheese alternative that actually melts really well some sweet peas for my son he loves those and some ground lamb I like to make these sheet pan meatballs that is actually on my website I’ll link it below these chicken sausages are my husband’s favorite they’re so so good.

$3.79 for these great ingredients super simple and and then I always have to pick these up at Aldi this is a staple and it is their organic grass-fed ground beef I picked up three packs then their chicken was the price of chicken has come down let me know in the comments if this has come down in your area because I’m back to buying six s.

And5 for organic chicken breasts which I’m very very excited about so those are the meats that I picked up this week and these are from Sam’s Club I had my husband pick up the pasture raised eggs from there because Aldi has not been carrying them um for the last year in my area so that was the protein that I got picked up this huge head of cauliflower.

I love putting that in soup we’ve got some organic diced tomatoes and then from Kroger I love to pick up they also carry this at Whole Foods and this is just the non BPA lining light coconut milk um the ingredients are great but I typically don’t like to get the light one because it’s just you’re just paying for more water it’s better to get the.

Coconut milk or coconut cream and then add your own water some seasonings from Aldi my favorite pasta sauce this is from Aldi and this is 219 in my area these ingredients are just great and there’s still no sugar in this one which I really really like the next up this is my absolute favorite barbecue sauce I find this at Publix and this is the.

Sweet Hawaiian there’s no like corn syrup in this there’s no high fru do corn syrup it’s just real food um next up I picked this up from Publix also and this is just the all natural peanut butter it’s non GMO it’s gluten-free and it just has peanuts dry roasted peanuts that is it that’s what I look for we just stir that and keep it in the fridge.

To keep the oil separation from happening some Silk Almond um some silk coconut milk that’s unsweet and then I picked up some of the grain-free tortilla chips and I picked up some of the Chipotle barbecue cete chips here are the ingredients these are so so good I can’t eat too many of them but my.

Husband loves them this regular sea salt these are just great because they’re cooked in avocado oil and the ingredients are super super simple and then I picked these up these were the grain-free cassava flour tortilla chips I wanted to try it from Kroger and they’re actually really really good they do have sunflower oil in them but these.

Are the areas that I kind of get a little you know we live a little bit when it comes to snacks so I love having snacks on hand I think it’s important that you can still enjoy your favorite things just find healthier ingredients until next time your life matters what you do with it matters so what will you Steward will.
